I would recommend Penn State University to any individual who has a passion for learning, enjoys a large university, and wants to experience a plethora of opportunities. Everyone who attends Penn State has pride and commitment to the university, and knows that they are a part of a special community. I think that because Penn State is so large and diverse, anyone could feel comfortable here as soon as they find that place they belong.

The kind of person who should attend Penn State Univeristy is someone who wants to learn a lot about themselves, meet friends, get a hold on their academic future, and get involved. There is something here for everyone, but you cannot just stay on the sidelines. This place will eat you up if you don't try to get involved academically, extracurricularly, or athletically.

People that are not afraid of a large campus and many fellow students. Since being a very large school, you have to be open to that idea. Also, those at Penn State take pride in their school, so someone who really cares about the university.

The type of person who should attend this school is a bright student who has many career goals they hope to accomplish. This person has to be self driven and must encourage themselves to do well. This person should also be open to new ideas and working with people, and should be a team player. Almost all of the students here love football and having a good time on the weekends.

The type of person that should attend this school, should be one that is willing to do well in classes along with being able to step out of their shell and befriend people without hesitation. Also the person should be aware that this is a great institution and recognize that once graduated this univeristy will prepare its students to the best of their abilities, and prepares them for successful jobs, or for forther education (grad school, law school, edu)

There are so many resources and so many majors that eventually you will probably stumble upon a class that will introduce you to what you want to do. THe kind of person that should attend this school should be your normal, run of the mill student. It is vastly diverse and offers any kind of program or major a person could be interested in. You should, however, be prepared to go out and meet new people. There are so many people here that asking that should not be a problem at all.
