I think it’s a great environment! This school is very comforting and everyone I have every met on campus is extremely friendly and helpful. The faculty at the the school is very determined to see you succeed as a student. I really enjoy being apart of the family!
I think Penn State is a great school to come and grow and learn. There is a great sense of community and the sports are a great way to make friends. It is a serious but fun environment to be in and flourish. The professors take time and care a lot bout your growth and education.
Terrible place and bad staffing
Great learning environment. The faculty and staff is great and always on hand to assist in any area a student may have. The sport programs are outstanding. Going to class everyday is worthwhile. The student body actually care about the campus and other students.

I would have to tell myself not to base your decision on the name of a college and that you need to make sure you're going somewhere that you will enjoy. Enjoying yourself in school is half the battle. If you don't enjoy it, then what is the point of spending all that money to go? I would also tell myself, "SAVE YOUR MONEY!", because in college, you need every penny you can get.
Most students are not particularly driven, and sometimes rude.
Anyone can really attend this school, but someone looking for a hands on experience with small class sizes and a lot of teacher aviability, this school is for them. It really doesn?t matter on the type of person that would attend this school, because everyone fits in. The person would just need to make sure they are responsible and hard working.
I tell them that the people on this campus really aren't , friendly, the teachers seem to keep to there own except for a few. There is really nothing to do on campus. Some of the buildings actually could use some maintnance.
Academic with a somewhat povern culture
I believe the best thing about my school would have to be the diversity. I have met a lot of people from all over and with differenct backgrounds and views on life. It is a very welcoming school regardless of race gender or religion, everyone fits in and interacts with everyone.
I wish I had know more general informatino about college as a whole. I think that I would like to know how important it is to study more, its not like high school where you can just cram the night before the test and get a good grade . It takes a lot more time and preparation in college to succeed.
The worst thing might be that we are a small branch campus, so we do not have as many class offerings to choose from as the main Penn State campus unfortunately.
My school is best known for its pride and football and also how well everyone gets along wtih eachother
The unique thing about my college compared to other schools I have considered, would be that, the advisers are nice. As they say, they are there to help the students. Some of the advisers my college tell you straight up front what you need to do in college to get to where you want to go. This is very helpful.
