Everyone is welcome at Philander Smith College but being that it is a private school, I think people with a christian background should apply. As a freshman, at Philander Smith, it is mandatory that you attend chapel, but evryone is invited. Chapel is a service hosted by preachers and ministers, and a speaker, shares a story with the frehman and anyone else that attends.
