What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?

The one thing I would change about Pikes Peak Community College is the number and variety of classes offered; they leave much to be desired. For example, I am currently enrolled in an online survey of calculus class, not by choice mind you, but rather because the college offers only one evening class on campus that is not conducive to my schedule. Unfortunately, I am no math guru and I am experiencing anxiety about keeping my 4.0 GPA because of the format of the class I must now take.

Apparently Pikes Peak Comunity College never closes due to weather. I dislike this the most because the road conditions here can become very dangerous during the winter, which makes traveling dangerous. I also have to use the bus system, which means I have to stand outside in freezing tempuratures while I wait for the bus to pick me up. All of this adds up to me having to be at school, no matter how bad the weather is or dangerous the roads are.

What I consider the worst at my school is communication with the online classes. To succeed, both student and instructor need to be respondent with eachother. Many difficulties occured with homework or tests trying to be turned in or a certain question asked to recieve an answer the following weeks when the subject did not matter any more. Of all, communication with online classes would help extremely both student and instructor.

The worst thing about Pikes Peak Community College is that there is three different campuses in differend areas. So if i want to take a course it could be at a different campus. Last semester I didn't have a car so i had to car pool to school and my journalism class what at a campus I could not get to so I ended taking it online and I felt I didn't get much from the experience.

I ahve maintained a 4.0 GPA through out my time at PPCC, but I am unable to receive financial aid. I wish that there was some way to recognize a student's success and some kind of financial incentive, possibly to cover tuition, available to those who strive for excellence.

I consider the worst thing about my school is the many campuses we have. It takes thirty mintues to get to each campus depending on where your classes are. Then classes are ten mintues apart so your late getting to your next class and you miss half the lecture.

Only having certain courses offered at certain campuses. This requires me to travel to different campuses for certain courses that I need and I prefer the convience of attending all my classes at the same campus.

I think that the worst thing about my school is the cafeteria. The cafeteria is over priced and some of the prepaired food is not healthy; for example they serve alot of pizza and fried foods.

The expensive fitness membership. Would like a place to go that supports the health of students, and not always the profit that it can bring.

The worst thing is that it's a community college. This means no dorms and the people don't talk much. It generally lacks a feel of community.
