When I tell my friends about my school I mostly brag about our football team. Our football team is incredible, and the school spirit that comes along with it makes it an amazing environment to be in. You don't have to be a huge drinker or partier to enjoy the tailgating or the football game. I also brag about how beautiful our campus is. Although it is under construction right now, campus is gorgeous during any season of the year. Walking around a beautiful campus makes the time here a lot more enjoyable.
PSU is so fun and friendly. They have a great international student program and teachers that really care. The campus is small and beautiful. I always felt comfortable there. It is a fun school. I really miss it.
When someone askes what I love most about my school, usually I tell them that I love being apart of the only Gorilla mascot in the United States. I also talk highly of the cross country team, and track team seeing that is where my athletic passion is. Our athletic department itself is amazing, and the academic programs are all accrediated and affordable. One of the best programs we have involve nursing and engineering. Not only that, but our campus is beautiful (especially in the spring) and the professors care about your succcess.
I would have to say the friendly environment. The faculty are very caring and compassionate for each of their students. Pitt State's campus is beautiful! I can walk by someone and they will say "HI" even when I dont know them. The class sizes are small enough to get that one on one time with the teacher. I walk on campus and people are always doing fun and interesting activities.
I brag about the availibity of classes, my professors and my friends.
Acreditted , Social, not to big or small, very casual and down to earth, easy to get one on one with professors
It is a great sized school. It is not too big or too small. The professors are approachable and easy to talk to. They want to see you succeed; teaching isn't just a paycheck for them.
I brag about much fun we have during classes. Once you meet a friend in class you have met a friend for life.
