If I could give my high school senior self any advice, I would say to handle everything fearlessly, to always remember to be confident in any endeavor. The main thing I would advise myself to do is to stay true to my personal goals and desires, not to let anyone else tell me that my ideas are not good enough. That everyone is different, we all have different views of good career paths, salaries, and hobbies; and just because an engineering degree and running marathons is right for one person, does not mean you have to force yourself through, just so someone will look at you with more respect. I would also tell myself to relax a little bit, and to keep up with the good work. The end of this journey will be here sooner than you think, and you will be ready to start a new successful chapter in your life.
