Not really, maybe for some people, but definitely not the majority

Some people are like these stereotypes...but that majority of the campus is not. A small number of people give everyone a bad name.

Not for the most part; there are a lot of people who seem like they do nothing but drink, but there are a lot of smart, serious students too.

In some ways yes, but I think it's unfair to categorize everyone in this stereotype because there are smart, responsible people on this campus as well.

I would not consider Quinnipiac a campus that is diverse based on race or ethnicity. Many of the students that attend this school have similar economic status.

With the library as overpacked as it is, I'd like to believe that students work hard in their studies and limit their drinking and partying to after schoolwork. Students in the school of health science seem to focus more on their studies than the other schools.

No these stereotypes are not accurate at all. I think we are just as smart and serious about our work as Yale students, if not more.

To some degree yes

For the most part, the majority of the student population does come from money, but not all are as stuck up as they appear, although it seems that a large population of the students are. It's expensive to come here, so it makes sense that the majority of the people that can afford to come here come from families that are well off. The 'slutty' persona of the female population is, for the most part, in my opinion, false, and while Quinnipiac is trying to increase the diversity on campus, the majority of the population is white.

I feel that many students here at QU have a lot of things given to them. All someone has to do is take a look in one of the school parking lots on any day. The number of BMWs, Lexus's, Acuras, and other expensive models and brand new models is one example. I have even had friends of mine notice when they came to visit, without me pointing it out to them. Granted, I know this isn't true for everyone, but it does seem like many here at Quinnipiac don't realize the advantages they have over many other people our age.

I think that there maybe people here who some of these sterotypes might be true but I think that Quinnipiac students are really not any different from any other college students.

I think they used to be, but over time they have become less obvious and the student body has become a more middle-class assortment. I definately think this school is known for their presitgious academics.
