The most frustrating thing about my school is its reputation. Radford is known as a party schools with a lot of students with STD's. I really don't like telling friends that I'm going to Radford and have then turn around and joke about, saying it's an easy school to get into.
Sometimes is was disorganized. I had to go to multiple offices and speak to many different people when I needed to get something done.
The most frustrating thing is the party atmosphere. Just because a school is labled as a party school doesn't mean you need to live up to it. Students just go crazy once they leave their parents wings.
Transferring schools has been the most frustrating thing because of all the credits needed at Radford that weren't necessary at my previous University.
Parking and getting started. There is never anywhere to park and getting started can be a hassel. After you get started it's a great place to go to school.
The transportation system is very frustrating here. The school doesn't provide a bus system that will take you to Christiansburg, which is the nearest city and has the mall. It is only 8 minutes away from the school. The bus comes in hour intervals which is annoying sometimes if you only have 15 minute worth of shopping to do at Wal-mart (which is the only place it takes you, other than some of the off-campus apartments). Another frustrating thing is how far the student parking is. You have to walk across a bridge to get there.
the party reputation is more talked about than acedemics
The most frustrating thing is that there are not a lot of job opportunities at Radford. It's in a small town so, there isn't a lot to do.
Nothing is frustrating
The city of Radford blows, too small, not enough to do.
Some people just come here for the parties instead of increasing their knowledge which is a shame since Radford University has put in so much money and effort into making the University expand both academically and physically.
Its so far from home
The most frustrating thing about my school is the lack of University transportation to grocery stores or other places around the town. It is hard to find rides if you don't have a car to get to the places you need.
There arent enough professors to teach classes. I always find that I can never register for the classes that I really want.
