In my opinion, Richland Community College is a really nice campus. The first thing that I loved about it was the fact that it has it's own pond with water fountains and bridges to walk across! The pond is full of turtles and geese! Obviously, I am an animal and nature lover! I have also been quite impressed with my professors at Richland Campus. My history professor was an amazing woman and really opened my eyes to how fascinating History really is! If you or someone you know is interested in Theatre or a Theatre Major, I highly recommend this campus! The professors are phenomenal, work with you outside of class, push you to gain as much experience as possible, and are overall just very caring of their students education! This is definitely an amazing campus and I hope you look into checking it out!

Richland College offers a great environment for first-time college students. It opens your eyes to how it is to be a college student on campus. I think this college offered me a lot of valuable information that will help me transfer to a 4-year university. It showed me the way classes work. The clubs at Richland College were amazing and I met friendly people. It was a diverse college that represented many cultures during special events. I enjoyed attending!

Martha - 10/30/2020

Richland College has been such a good experience for me so far even if it is just a 2 year institution. It is very safe environment where ever you choose to study or just hang out with friends. Everyone is there to just study that is the main focus and the Professors are so good and easy to reach almost all of the time. They will answer an email in a day or two and they also always have office hours or will set up a meeting with you.

For a Community College, Richland has nearly everything that you may or will need in the future. That is not all, apparently even if your major is not compatible with Richland College you can still go to any of the other community colleges in the Dallas County Community College District.
