I wish that I would have known how to study properly. In high school I was never asked to read text books, but almost all of my college classes require text book reading. This has been a great challege but I am working hard to overcome my weaknesses. I also wish I would have known more about all of the different services offered by the school. There was a lot that I didn't take advantage of my first semester because I didn't know about it. I am now getting involved in many different aspects of the college experience.

I wish i would have known how living away from home would be like because my first year i stayed at school but really didnt like it so I commute know and it is much better. Also i wish I would have known how playing football would be like cause after 3 weeks i quit because being a kicker in college you sat on the side of ever practice and didn't do anything. It was like a waste of time.

I wish I would have known time management techniques for when I first came to school. It is important to know how to manage your time between academics, social life, and your extra-cirriculars. If you can find that balance there is nothing stopping you from succeeding.
