What's the most frustrating thing about your school?

Funding for our college government to have the extra things for the students.

The fact that it's a community college. There's no on-campus activities, places to live, a gym, etc. There's nothing fun about it.

Advising is not well versed on transferring to a four year school. You can end up taking classes that are not necessary if you are transferring to a four year school. This can really hinder you if you know and are focused on a certain degree. Advisors are also not real familiar with what classes you will need at other Oregon schools to complete your degree. They are primarily focused on what you will need to complete a degree at your school.

I believe the most frustrating thing about my school is the parking situation. The buildings are located smack dab in the middle of town so the only parking available for students is the city pay parking either by the hour or permit. Permit parking is a long walk for most students. The close convenient parking is expensive and they do not give students a break in the cost.

The fact that each instructor feels that their class is the only one you are taking and everyone assigns 10 pages of homework on the same night, everyone has a mid-term the same day and on and on.
