This is a school that is entirely geared toward majors in the math and science fields. I would not recommend this school to anybody who has an interests in the arts and humanities, which are both very limited. Also, the campus is located outside of Terre Haute which isn't a big city in the first place, so there isn't much cultural diversity or things to do. If a student is looking for a big school with a lot of diversity, this isn't the place for them.

Rose Hulman is a very tough school as far as academics go. Anyone who is not willing to work hard at their school work should not attend this school. Someone who can't see the big picture. We spend hours in class learning theory. If you haven't got the endurance, or if your not comfortable with failing and trying again anyway, you shouldn't come here. You will fail multiple times, maybe even multiple classes. But we all do, and that's why its easier to try again.
