I attend a community college. Someone who is looking to finish school in two years and earn their associates degree should attend this school. Someone looking for something higher should attend an university.
BCC is great if you live in the area and are looking to save a lot of money. They have many great articulation programs with other colleges! With some of their partnerships you can even finish a 4 or even 5 year degree at BCC! And you can't beat the price by comparison to going to a four year college.
Burlington County College is a great place for part time students who also work. Scheduling is very flexeble and easy to work with. BCC is a great place for students who might have not done so well on their SAT's to get started. BCC is also a grat place for local engineering students because of it's co-op program with Drexel University, students do not have to move to Philidelphia to recive a Drexel education.
Community college is extremely beneficial for students wanting to save money while still getting a college education. It is also helpful for those unsure of what to major in. Community college provides an opportunity for students to figure out to major without paying the tuition price of a four year university. It is also good for an individual that has to support a family and work during the academic year. An individual that is hardworking and determined to find a career best suiting themselves would benefit from BCC.
