I would say that there are people of every stereotype at my school.

Well, hockey is a huge thing here in St. Cloud, MN, so a lot of the guys are jocks. But mainly the stereotype regarding St. Cloud is that it's the number one party school in Minnesota.
Well, I have been in St.Cloud State University or a while now, and to tell you the truth, this community is the finest in the state. -when people can't compare the good side of SCSU, they start talking negative. -I'm an international student myself, and its truly a home away from home.
Students at St. Cloud State University are stereotyped as people who love to party, and party often. The school gets a horrible reputation because of this and it's certainly not true! Our school is a dry campus (so alcohol isn't allowed in campus housing). People do certainly party in places nearby off-campus and downtown is only a short walk away but not everyone parties, and it's easy to meet people who don't by attending other events instead of parties.
