What's unique about your campus?

I think the professors are the best thing about my school, becuase they are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

I like the flexible schedule allowing students with family and work responsibilities to still be able to achieve a higher education.

I love how friendly and committed the teachers are. For example, when I was taking a full load of fairly hard courses, I couldn't afford to get behind at all. At one point I was struggling, but I e-mailed a few of my teachers and they helped me, in person, trying to change the method of teaching until I finally understood it.

The low cost is the best thing about San Jacinto College. The prices for tuition and fees are comparatively lower than the other colleges in the area. For students like me, who are paying for college and do not want to take out loans, an affordable college that still offers a excellent education is important. San Jacinto College offers a great education, while remaining incredibly affordable.

The best thing about my school are the professors and events. Although many people think that community colleges don't give valued education, I disagree for the fact that you are in a comfortable environment without the intimidation that university classrooms provide. The good thing about community colleges are that they are cheaper than universities yet they provide great knowledge, activities, clubs, and opportunities that you should have. My college has given me experiences that have honestly changed my previous thoughts about community colleges.

The best thing about my school is the the work is on the college level and is challenging in a good way.

I believe the best thing about my school, is the growing opportunity anyone can have. The counselors there are incredibly helpful helping you choose your major, and guiding you towards which classes you should be attending so you are not taking and paying for unneeded courses. For those either fresh out of highschool, or in my case, been out of school for quite some time, the teachers are very understanding, and most of them will go out of their way to insure you undrstand the material that is being discussed.

The best thing about San Jacinto College is actually two-fold: the professors and the small class size. Not only have I been very fortunate with the oppurtunity to learn from some amazing teachers, but I feel I have also greatly benefited from the smaller class sizes which promote more interactive learning that is less common in a 4 year university. I've also just been accepted into San Jac's top-notch Medical Radiography program where the skills, experience, and knowledge I will gain can only be summed up as priceless in preparing me for my career.

The wide variety of classes (that's close to home) with small student ratio, at a very reasonable tuition rate. I believe the professors at San Jac have prepared me for the university that I plan to attend this spring. I've also realized that the professors there really do care about my learning and passing. They have been more than willing to help me outside classroom time, providing that I am willing to put forth the effort.
