Santa Fe College is a great place to begin your education. It has great oppurtunities and offers a fantastic education. Students have the ability to transfer from Santa Fe to any number of phenomenal universities from all across the country. I do not regret enrolling at Santa Fe.

Santa Fe College provides students with many amazing opportunities to learn and grow. Class sizes are small and individualized and professors are usually available and helpful, my favorite part of Santa Fe however, is the Student Life program. Santa Fe provides club fairs quarterly as opportunities for students to get involved and make friends and connections. Additionally student life on campus brings awareness to problems that we deal with daily. For example they started a drive to provide feminine products on campus and a food pantry for students in need. The community at Santa Fe is amazing; most people are involved in some way, and it is all because of student life.

I like the school. The academic and program advisors are awesome and always will to help. I wish there were more Bachelor programs available but, I know that process is lengthy to be approved. Overall, its a great school to get started in college and transfer out to get a bachelor's degree.

Santa Fe College was a good school that adequately prepared me for University level education. My advisor helped tremendously in preparing for university and I had professors who made sure that I learned as much as I could. As a history major, I am specifically partial to the history professors that I had who further ignited the love that I have for the subject

There's a lot of helpful academic resources. I've made some great friends! Advisement could improve, they're not always the clearest. The library has hours seven days a week which is incredible and unique for a state college. There's a lot of really cool extracurricular opportunities! I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Santa Fe is a great college for people who are used to smaller schools. The class sizes are usually 20-40 people which helps a lot with access to professors and the time they dedicate to their students. Coming from a school with a graduating class of 150 kids, it ended up being perfect for me. However, if you're looking for a more "university" feel this may not be the place.

What is your overall opinion of this school?

Santa Fe College is an incredible school dedicated to the students' career and success. There is a plethora of activities and student involvement available on campus. Professors and faculty are extremely helpful and make it clear that our comprehension of what is taught to us is good. The environment is friendly and welcoming; not once did I ever feel like I didn’t belong. Santa Fe College strives to ensure students’ success and offers many accommodations for those that would like extra help. The campus is nice and up-kept. Many spots for enjoying the outdoors while still being accessible to classes. School spirit is also very present at this school. People engage in supporting our sports teams and always try to exude pep. It’s a very sophisticated and well put together school. The classes are smaller and the connection between professor and students are stronger. More hands-on activities are used due to the smaller class sizes, and more advanced technology is used earlier on than at other nearby universities. There are various on-campus and off-campus housing options available to all students. Students can choose a dorm-style living option or find affordable living options, such as apartments, less than a mile from campus. No words can be strung together to explain the impact this school has on me, as well as others. Their programs are just as competitive as other universities, and the opportunities given out are sometimes once in a lifetime opportunity. Santa Fe College is ahead in many unexpected ways, and while it may not be UF, it offers just as much, if not more for the students.

In my opinion santa fe college is everything it says it is. The staff is for the students and the students are for the education. Classes are intimate and more than welcoming. The campus is quite large so you'll definitely need a map on your first day.

Santa Fe College provided many opportunities for me academically. My teachers (aside from only one) were all kind, helpful, and very good at their jobs. I learned a lot and they made sure to keep us involved in class. Every day on campus there was either a political group, social group, hobbyist club, and many more promoting themselves in order to get more people involved as well as urging people to do things such as vote, practice safe sex, or volunteer. It took my a while to learn how to navigate myself around campus, but that's true of any school. As for housing, Santa Fe has no dorms, so do not move before you have the proper savings. There are cheaper options (such as The Crossings for $400/month plus utilities), but those tend to be less safe or in worse condition than where I stayed (Woodlands of Gainesville, $700/month plus utilities). But again, if you go for a more expensive option, save before you go! Being unable to afford rent was the reason I had to leave. Whatever you choose, most housing is within ten minutes of the school, and the Oaks Mall is, too! I loved my life when I was at Santa Fe College.

Overall, Santa Fe College is a growing school that has much to offer. It is convenient for me and gives me great opportunity to better myself. I currently take online classes and feel as though I am missing nothing. My teachers are readily available and keep me updated with my progress.
