I think, like any school, Santa Fe College has its pro and its cons. For me, the pros outweigh the cons in that there are many classes and times to pick from so you can get your degree on your own time. The professors have mostly been helpful and know what they are teaching. There are various clubs that people can join. A con would be that Santa Fe students are excluded in most nearby community amenities unlike the university in the same town. So some learning opportunities are taken there or are charged to take advantage of.
As it is a four-year college now, I wish there will be more classes/majors available. As a language major student, sometimes it is hard to find the proper level of language class to register. Some lower division class for language majors is lacking.
I love Santa Fe College they truly prioritize their students in succeeding. They have multiple resources for students together help with whatever they may need. It feels good to know that you are being taken care of and that their are people rooting for you and wanting you to be the best you can be.
I think Santa Fe college is one of the best and most affordable out there, the professors will help you to pass the classes and teach you all the necessary material you need, and they are always available to help you. You just need to reach out to them. Santa Fe College has one of the best nursing programs that will help you in your career further in life.
The fall 2020 acceptance rate for Santa Fe College is 100%. That means, out of _____ applications received in 2020 , _____ students were offered admission. The number of males who applied was _____ vs the number of females which was _____.
I have always tried to keep myself focused on my education so that i can score good and get some scholarships. Unfortunately, i had some flaws like everyone does. I couldn't focus on finishing my homeworks on time or just not well oriented. So now if i could go back, i would advice myself to be organized than i was and keep track of when a homework would be due or when i would have a test.
A quaint, social campus that allows for both academic and personal growth of the student while allowing them to relate to faculty on a personal level.
Well for a person really wanting to transfer to UF this is the place to be. Also Santa Fe is in the top ten community colleges in the nation.
I brag about the professors in my school. There are always some professors that are disliked by the students but most of the profrssors are highly rated,
The most frustrating thing about my school is the lack of available scholarships for brilliant students and jobs for students on campus
I think that anyone has an equal opportunity to learn so there is not a kind of person who shouldn't be given the chance. I believe that in order to succeed one must be motivated and organized. In order to aquire knowledge one must be willing to learn. Everyone should be given a chance but it is up to the person to use that chance wisely.
School is very expensive, apply for all the scholarships you can while you are still in high school.
My classmates at Santa Fe have always been eager to ask each other questions and willing go out of their way to help a fellow student succeed.
There's really nothing I dislike about my school.
Santa Fe College is best known for its Health care degrees and certificate programs. They offer everything from entry level healthcare such as Certified Nursing Assistant and Dental Assistant to Associate of Science Degrees in Registered Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology and more. Additionally those programs are very active in volunteering in our community, in order that one?s education may in some ways benefit others.
The fact that it offers most classes online for the convience of the student to take classes and work or deal with other situations in his/her life.
Everyone should attend Santa Fe College. The school, right now, is an "open door" school meaning anyone can able. You need a dipolma or a GED for most of the school but there are programs for those who do not have a GED or high school dipolma.
great!
It's my first semester and I haven't really been told of any. However, I think it's awesome that they have a Bread/Pasta pantry for the students.
