Most are not the type of people that I enjoy being around for any amount of time.
My classmates are outgoing, helpful and dedicated to their work and others.
My class mates are hardworking, determined, competitive and the best of the best.
My classmates are an incredibly diverse and free-thinking group of artists.
Students wear a lot of black and raggedy clothing, because they will get annihilated especially if your in painting, sculpture and ceramics. There is a large gay and lesbian community, people at our school are accepting. Not a lot of manly men.
SAIC students are diverse in their approach on art.
People who were hungry for challenge, who wanted to emerge not only as artistic leaders but cultural ones as well.
If you love art your're going to love just about every person attending this school.
Classmates at SAIC are the most intresting, honest, crazy, fun, intreging, and unique people I have ever met.
My classmates at the School for the Art Institute were both supportive and inspiring in terms of discussing my artwork.
Classes are usually small. None of the classrooms have standard desks and standard instructors. Each class is different and run at the discretion of the professor. There is an open exchange of ideology in the classrooms, as well as open discussions about each individual students art works.
Artistic and driven, but sometimes rude and self centered.
My classmates are incredibly diverse in their histories, interests, work ethics, and personalities, but they all have in common an interest in alternative media and lifestyles. They are creative and mostly kind. Going to school here makes you really good at art, bullshitting, or both, and the people who go here reflect that.
My classmates are all slightly crazy.
Well-intentioned & interesting folks with high ideas and creative insight.
Creative, out going, bright colorful individuals.
Most of the people are nice and friendly, talkative and so on. I guess it depends on which class your taking. In my art classes the people are a bit more friendlier then in my acadimic classes.
Usually people in my school were very keen on the latest fashion trends and sub-culture following; they are easily tagged as "hipsters" who most likely own one-speed bikes, sun glasses from the 80s, iPods, and a purposful messy haircut
Most people who attend our school are interesting and intelligent, but there can be a certain discord with reality.
Socially awkward artists that would not fit in in a regular university.
