To explore. To not be afraid. To be open to different people, experiences, classes, teachers without judging them so I would sooner see how great everything is and how I can learn from everything even if it seems I don't like it.
Knowing how challenging and time consuming this school would be would have been a nice head start. Also, knowing how much art school would actually cost would have been great to. I would have tried to save so much more money or tried for more scholarship.

I wish I had truly understood how much money this school was going to be and that i had worked harder for scholarships when i was younger to reduce the debt. I wish i had known how many scholarship oppertunities were out there beyond what was provieded by the school. I wish I had known how to work my fafsa because when I was working on it at home with my parents I thought it was correct until a year later. Due to my parents not knowing how to read/speak english I found that my FAFSA beleived my parents to be millionaires, when in reality we made nothing of that sort. My dad works for Macy's at 69 yrs old and my mom works for Food 4 Less at 61. I got into $28, 000 in debt the first year at school due to my FAFSA problems.

How much im REALLY going to be paying, my bills are ridiculous, I had no financial guidance.
I wish that I would have known how conceptual this art school is. I also would like to have known how much of a non-campus we have.
how expensive it would be
