The type of person that shouldn't attend this school is someone who is looking to party every weekend and get invovled in fraternities/sororities. Due to the limited money and the limited amount of people we only have 4 greek groups on campus. So if you are looking to go greek and want a lot of chocies don't come here. If you want a lot of friends and a variety of people also don't come here becuase you won't find a lot of diversity at Scheriner.
Anyone can attend this college and will become great just by going to Schreiner University.
Schreiner is not for intolerant, or mean-spirited people.
There is not a specific person that should not attend Schreiner University. This university is welcome to all that cxome and does not judge on your beliefs.
The professors at Schreiner University will help those who are interested in learning. Students who are planning to only do what is necessary to pass classes and get their degree will not excel at this school. Those who take extra time to sit down with professors after class and who honestly want to learn will be very happy with how far the faculty/staff are willing to go for each individual for the sake of knowledge.
A person who enjoys big classrooms, partying, and cares less about his/her future educational plans.

A drug addict or someone who isn't academically focused or someone who wants to go to a big school.
Closed minded people.
Students who are intersted in the party life or newly found freendom should not attend this school because Schreiner University is academically challenging.
Persons who like living in metropolitan areas, would rather sit in the back of the class. It's a small school, and it's difficult to just "blend in." I see it as a good thing because I get to know the professors well, and I know most of the people attending. But if you'd rather sit back, this may not be the best school for you.
The kind of person that should attend Schreiner university is a motavated up beat person. If the person is not up to beat then they are going to feel down about the college and will not get anything done, so then they wont be sucsessful. Also motavated is very good for the school because then they shall get there school assignments done on time and not be a failure.
A religious and sheltered person, because the faith based foundations are not here; and the campus is so close that there is no room for solitude.

If you aren't looking for a small town enviroment, don't come here. With just over a thousand students, it is a very small community. The town doesn't offer much in way of entertainment, so you have to be very self-entertaining, or willing to make the one hour drive to the nearest big city.
The person that shouldn't attend this school is someone who is not willing to work hard, put in extra hours of studying, and only wants to party. Skipping classes will set you back and get you behind in class. In some classes it will even fail you. Drinking and only wanting to party ill also mess your schedule up because it'll make you stay out late and you won't be able to fully concentrate on your work.
Schreiner University consists of mainly residential students and students who are from small towns. Personally I am a city girl and I find myself pondering on how different it would be to recieve an education in the city. In my opinion, I feel Schreiner welcomes everyone, regardless of where you may have came from but I would agree that students raised in a city would not prefer this University so much.
A big city person shouldn't attend Schreiner if they like city life. Schreiner is located in the Texas Hill Country in a very small town.
People who like to party all the time, and people who like to skip their classes.
Schreiner has a very tight community of students, a student who would rather be in a sea of faces should not come to Schreiner. A student who rather remain a face without a name to a professor should not come to Schreiner, and if you do not appreciate one on one assistance then, once again, Schreiner would not be the best choice for you.
If you are a football player, you should not attend this school. Schreiner is not yet big enough to have a football team. This university is located in a small town in the hill country. There is not much to do here. You normally have to be able to entertain yourself. If you are not from the hill country and are use to the big city where there are a bunch of activities you can be involoved in, I think you would be bored here.
Only students who are willing to apply themselves and have integrity in what they are given the chance to learn should attend this school. It's not slacker-friendly.

The type of people who shouldn't attend this school are the people who don't like being in the country. Schreiner is a small university in a small town. Some students come to Kerrville expecting a whole lot of things that just don't exist out there. Many students do not like the setting being an hour away from a large city. Students don't do well when they aren't comfortable with where they are.
Some one who likes big schools and the city life.
If you like crowds or loud parties, don't come here. This is a small, quiet hill country community.
