From what I know Shasta College offers a really great Nursing Program. I know of several people that are waiting to get accepted into the program, and know of several other people that are already enrolled in the program. Everyone I have talked to has nothing but great things to say about the Nursing Program.
My school is best known for its and Fire Education and Agriculture programs. It is quite common to catch a glimpse of the firefighters in training doing their daily calisthenics at various spots around campus. It is equally as common to catch a whiff of the lovely smell that cows omit at various spots around campus too.
It is a diverse community college that accepts anyone and everyone.
The Associate Degree of Nursing (RN) is on the top 10 list in the nation.
