What's the most frustrating thing about your school?

There is a balance that occurs between athletics and academics that is hard to find. Many times the emphasis is put on athletics and the athletes over the academics. For individuals that put their main focus on academics, this can feel very frustrating. Fortunately, it doesn't actually affect the academics at Shorter. The professors are still great and teach well. It's just frustrating when the athletes seem to be handed things that other students work very hard for.

The faculty turnover rate is high and thus sometimes you will have too big a variety of teachers.
