Definitely the size of the school overall. It's a perfect transition school from high school to college. It's not one of those giant colleges where you feel like a guppy in an ocean of people. The class size is absolutely perfect in regards to maintaining a comfortable learning environment, and with so few people in your class section, it's much easier to communicate with your professors.
The friendly enviroment. Coming into Siena as a Freshman was a scary experience. It was far from home and i didn't know anyone there. But when I stepped onto that campus I could feel the excitement . It only took a few awkward ice breakers to know that I had just met the people who would become life long friends. To this day a good amount of the people I met in that first week continue to be my best friends. The kind of friends that will be their no matter what. I feel blessed to have found these friends.
The best thing about Siena College is the job opportunity after graduation. You are guaranteed to be able to obtain a job once you graduate. Siena has a high percentage of students who obtained career-based jobs after they graduate. Along with obtaining a job, the Siena Alumni help a lot in this process by giving back to their school as well as providing the current graduate students job offers.

All of the students are very proud to go to Siena, a spirit which reveals itself in the annual basketball game against rival University of Albany.
