Someone who wants to be in an empowering all women's liberal arts college. Someone who is focused, and passionate, and wants to explore the city of Boston. Someone who wants to get to know their teachers and peers well. Someone who wants to be involved, and make a difference in the community.
Someone who is looking to receive a strong foundation for their education and career from an intimate and well-known college.
Women.
Only students that truly want an education should attent Simmons College, it is a very fun and exciting place to be, but not much of a party school.
A person who would be most happy at Simmons would be one who enjoys focusing on school but doesn't want it to overwhelm their lives completely. Simmons has a great sense of community but for someone who would feel stifled at an all-women's school might not flourish at Simmons.
People who come here are serious about their education. They study hard and do a lot of extracurriculars. If you are commuting you definately should not come here because you won't have time to do anything on campus. Also people who don't party much could come here because it's a dry campus and people are more focused on studying than having fun.
Students who are looking for a well rounded education in a open and encouraging environment. Someone looking for a smaller school feel, with intimate classrooms would fit well into this school. Those wishing to participate in college sports, clubs or activities while still succeeding academically would also be well placed at this school.
I suggest that women who have a ideal career path focused in the health sciences or physical sciences attend Simmons College. However, Simmons has a very good buisiness program, communications department and education program, as well. The students at Simmons college are very career-oriented and focus strongly on their academics. It is not a party school. If you want the full college experience look else where. If you want to make lasting friends and build a strong foundation for a succesful career, Simmons College is the place for you.
Any motivated and ambitious woman who values a strong sense of community and is hoping to attain a greater understanding of the academic world should attend Simmons College.
Someone who is devoted to their school work and is willing to work hard for a good degree. Dedication to your field and an interest in a future career. Simmons is great for people who like small classes and a very close community feel. Cooperative and willing to work with fellow classmates on everything.
A female who is very hard working, committed, and confident should attend this school.
The kind of person that should attend this school is someone who is hard-working, focused, open-minded, and has specific goals in life.
Women who are focused and able to get along with all other women. Racially diversed women as well to bring in different cultures and different flavors into our community.
The kind of woman who should attend this school is a woman who wants to further her education while being surrounded by students from every walk of life. While being dedicated to their school work this person should want to get involved in their community or campus life, to give back to a facility that has given so much to them.
A person with very open beliefs and not very judgemental.
Though the school strives to be diverse, it seems that the majority of the student body is very liberal. I think that a conservative person would find themselves very uncomfortable here. I would say a liberal, community aware, diversity interested, person would be most comfortable, and most engaged here, so long as they enjoy the city of course, as Simmons is right in the heart of Boston.
a person who is career oriented and wants to attend a small school
I would suggest a person who is friendly and girl-powered to attend this school. Most people at this school know what they want, most of the ladies here are career driven and are all mostly nursing major.
