Snead State Community College is a great school in all. The faculty is super friendly . They are always there to help you and they will answer any questions you may have. It' s an overall friendly environment to learn in and you will not be disappointed in the experience.
Snead State is an amazing College of which I am honored to currently attend. The staff and professors are always there to lend a helping hand. The campus is very safe and always kept clean and beautiful . This campus provides everything that Any student could possibly need! There is no other campus that I would rather be a part of.
Snead State is the second to none when it comes to community colleges, it has the best combination of amazing professors, academics and affordability. Overall it's the best school to go to straight out of high school, it is not too big of a campus and you are still around home for the most part. It prepares you for a larger transition in the following years.
It's mostly a very small commuter school with a heavier than usual on-line academic access. There's very little in the way of on-campus activities and only a tiny on-campus housing contingent. Courses easily transfer to the 4-year colleges. It's a good starting point for those who don't want jump into the full-blown college life of a big university campus lifestyle. Luckily, this area does have a larger than average arts emphasis with many notable successes. The two-year nursing RN program at Snead is considered one of the better and more extremely competitive programs in the area.
The fall 2020 acceptance rate for Snead State Community College is 100%. That means, out of _____ applications received in 2020 , _____ students were offered admission. The number of males who applied was _____ vs the number of females which was _____.
I would tell myself to not worry about the petty things being said around me. Most high school seniors are only worried about popularity and their status among the others. I would have told myself to focus more on being a good person and not to worry about popularity. In the end no one is going to care who was the prom queen or the best athlete, but they will remember the way someone treated others. There is a lot more to life than high school, even though it may not seem like it at the time. Focus on being a good friend and a great student, and find true friends that will always be there no matter what.
I brag about how everyone knows me. I also brag on the teahcers saying that they have made and impact on my life and have made learning fun
I believe that Snead State Community College is unique by the amount of passionate and caring professors there are. All of the professors strive to make every student have the ability to graduate and move on with their future.
The best thing about Snead State is that the faculty is wonderful. They are all so nice and helpful in every way. You never pass a person on campus that isn't smiling or they don't say hi. Snead always has something going on for the students in the Student Union Building. Clubs are always organizing different activies that everyone can be apart of and that makes going to school a lot of fun!
I would have to say that the absolute worst thing about Snead State is the limited parking areas. The amount of students and faculty increase each year, but the parking spots do not. The parking lots are an especially hectic area around the first of each semester. Every college has its faults and there is a lesson to be learned at each one. The lesson I have learned is that the early bird gets the worm, and the punctual college student gets the good parking spot.
snead state is a good community college and i have enjoyed attending there so i have reat teachers
At this time I do not have any classmates, but my last classes had alot of students that had lost their jobs. Therefore, they were older and really eager to learn.
There isn't a kind of person that shouldn't attend. Snead is a very diverse, accepting campus.
I attend a community college and it?s a great environment, but it?s very small. It can be very tricky scheduling your classes, because they can only offer them at certain times. Often time you have to wait until the following semester to take a certain class. That can be very frustrating when you end up taking all your tough classes all at once.
Snead State has just started a nursing program within the last 3 years. I dont really know about any thing else.
I wish I would have had better study habits. High school came very easy to me and when I came to snead I did not know how to properly study. It was hard for me to study all the time but now i've learned a lot about how to prepare for my classes and I know have a better opportunity to make the best grades I can.
I believe anyone can attend Snead State. As long as your willing to go to class and get the work done to get your degree then its the right place for you. All ages go to Snead. They have different activies and are always willing to help you out if you need it! The faculty is great!
