Soka University of America Top Questions

What's the most frustrating thing about your school?

One of the most frustrating things about Soka is the fact that it's a small school with only 400 students. It can be challenging to keep a private life sometimes, but it's definitely not impossible. Also Soka is located in the suburbs of the OC you don't get the feel of city life or nightlife of the city, like UCLA for example. Some people get trapped in the "Soka bubble" there aren't many things to do other than Irvine Specturm.

Some of the teachers think that they are better then you and know everything there is to know about the world.

The most frustating thing I would say is the fact that the communities around us (aliso viejo, Laguna Niguel) do no have much to offer to young people. Thus, students who want to go out at night need a car.
