The teachers are all very liberal and even grade their students based on their own beliefs. I think it's very important to be open and respecting of all beliefs; especially as a teacher.
The most frustrating thing about my school would definitely be the parking availability. I have to arrive 30 minutes early everyday just to ensure I get a parking spot.
The financial aid office is very inconsistent. They messed up my aid package, delaying it past the award deadline and then refused to give it to me even though they acknowledged it was their fault, because it was after the deadline. Another term they wouldn't give me my financial aid until after I attended the first day of class and got a signature from the teacher. That would be okay, except that if you don't pay by the deadline you get dropped from your class. I had to take a personal loan from the bank.
