What's the one thing you wish someone had told you about freshman year at Spokane Falls Community College?

I wish I would have known that the registration process can be very independent if the student does not ask for help outright. If you need assitance at this school, you definitely need to ask for it.

What I would have known before I came to this school was the type of transtitioning I was getting my self into. It was my first time entering a whole new environment. The structure of educaton and classes were different from those in highschool. And if i had known the level of prerequisite courses I would had started from the easiest to any basic learning required from transitioning from highschool.

There isn't much I don't know about the school, nor anything that I have learned that has put me off from the SFCC. I have had friends and family attend SFCC and they always have good words about the school and professors. The councilor and professors I have spoken with over the summer have been polite and helpful.
