I think the most unique thing about my school is the vast amount of different people and personalities that I have encountered. There are many students of different ages, races, and communities that attend Stark State. The thing that I love is that the vast majority of them are respectable and friendly people who are there because they truly wish to learn and succeed, which is important to note because I feel that community colleges are usually looked down upon in relation to other colleges and universities.

THE SCHOOL THAT I HAVE CHOSEN IS UNIQUE BECAUSE IT TRYS REALLY HARD TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU SUCCCEED. THE FACULTY ALWAYS GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOU WITH WHATEVER YOU MAY NEED HELP WITH. THEY JUST WANT YOU TO SUCCEED.

Stark State College of Technology has an open enrollment policy, which of course means they will accept nearly everyone.

This college is a small college where the teachers know you by name. I love all the private study areas it offers and I also love the price! Paying only $1500 dollars a semester (approximately) makes it more afforadable than most. I also love the close location to home. I can live at home and save money.

Stark State is a very diverse and unique environment, because of the variety of majors and the fact that they don't really turn anyone down. They give opportunities to people like me who may not otherwise be able to attend college. I'm working towards my degree in Graphic Design, and there are almost unlimited career choices that I can apply my degree to once I achieve it. I am grateful that I am attending a school that is about helping its students, and not filling its own pockets.
