If anything, I wish that I had done more research about the area in which my school is located. One of the reasons I liked this school was because it was close to the beach. However, besides the Jersey Shore, there isn't a whole lot of fun things in the area. If you aren't a party animal, there isn't much to do on the weekends. My friends and I make our own fun. We have movie nights, go out to dinner, and so much more. We make the best of it because we love it there!
Before I came to college I wish I would have known how to plan out my future and college career better. My first advisor was not the most helpful and I became a little behind in my schooling and financial aid. If I would have known how to better manage my course load and social life,
Nothing. I feel that at orientation the students and staff at Stockton did their best with explaing and sharing information about school.
Living away from home is even more difficult to get used to than I expected. I wish I had realized how important it is to me to be able to go home for weekend visits easily and often.
I wish I had known that parking was going to be terrible.
How much joining clubs and activities really makes college life more enjoyable.
I wish i had known more about their nursing program. But, that is on my behalf because i applied here last minute.
I wish I had been more outgoing during my first few days on campus. There was so much going on that I felt shy. I wish I had become more independent and met more people during those first few days.
I wish i had known that it was this great of a school. This school is a very good school but i never really heard anything about it until i was really looking around for near-by schools. I think its name should be known so others can have the opportunity that i had to come here.
There is a scholarship that Phi Theta Cappa gives out. I was offered a spot in this honors society, but did not see the letter until I was finished with my two year college. Once I came to Stockton, I found out that the only scholarship I was eligible for in my first semester as a transfer student, was that one through Phi Theta Cappa. This disappoints me greatly knowing that if I had just seen this letter, I could have been awarded one thousand dollars.
That AP tests are worthless and a waste of time and money if you want to go to medical school.
I wish I knew how great it was. I transferred here and I love it! I should have started off here.
That many people go home on the weekends.
I wish I had enrolled to Stockton my senior year of college instead of going to a community college.
more people who go here
How poor the meal plan can be. It is actually cheaper to purchase the meals at the cafeteria rather than sign up for a meal plan.
I wish I had known how great Stockton is. I love it here. I transfered from another school to Stockton and I wish I went to stockton right out of college because I am having the time of my life here Meeting great friends for life and taking great classes on a BEAUTIFUL campus!
