It is an outstanding University and I feel honored to be able to attend and be a student at the University. The professors are helpful to guide you without doing your coursework for you and very friendly not leaving a professional behavior at any time. All I can say is that the education is of premium quality to go along with the value of the degree.
This school is a great online school. They make things easy to learn and also allow you to move ahead easily while still getting help if you need it. If your the type that’s not social but love your schooling and want to continue it then this is the school for you.
I take online classes through Strayer that I thoroughly enjoy, my opinion is that they're one of the best online universities. The staff is amazing, the classes are easy to complete on time, and there's resources for everyone and anything to do with learning.
I believe Strayer has a genuine passion and interest in their students future success. They have been honest and helpful and the Dean actually assisted me with classes and preparation for my up and coming year. The information is well organized and easy to follow on the website.
The fall 2020 acceptance rate for Strayer University-District of Columbia is 100%. That means, out of _____ applications received in 2020 , _____ students were offered admission. The number of males who applied was _____ vs the number of females which was _____.
As student and mom, I would advice all the youth and my daughters, to stop the crazy thoughs just once and think about their future and which career they want to follow. Then they should start taking some courses while they are in the school, so that they can transfer those credits, for the ones required in the University, if it is their goal. Other very important part, as a mother, I would advise others to include in their child's lifes, activities into groups such: scoutts, sports, etc ; in order to get scholarships within their previous years with activities that would help to afford what they want . I think that with this behaviour, their lives in the university won't create big headaches for their parents.
My classmates are smart, fun, and amazing.
I actually attend school online.
Creditable
I could not be more pleased with the education I received at Strayer. It is a quality education coupled with services and support that are tailored to the needs of the individual student. The school is small and staffed with people who are dedicated to helping students make the "right" decisions to propel their career and assist with any academic struggles that arise.
The best thing about my school is the support I recieve from my advisors and councilor.
The programs at Strayer are rigorous but "doable." Once your degree path is in place, the counselors help ensure that you are on track to graduate. The difficulty of the class is dependent on the student and their abilities but Strayer offers tutoring and assistance for any areas of weakness. At Strayer, you can learn to further your education or learn for the sake of learning - that's how enjoyable the course selection is!
I was not involved in student groups due to majority of my course work being online. I will say , however, that Strayer promotes scholarships through independent organizations and involvement in academic honor societies that propel a student to new heights! It is this kind of financial and academic support that makes Strayer so unique.
It has many campus in all US, and even online courses in the case that I'm out of the US, I'm a HR consultant, and if I need to move from place to another, I won't have problems, also the classes accommodate my schedule and have very good teachers.
I cannot say enough about the Faculty at Strayer University. Every single class is led by individuals who have an obvious dedication to the student and their learning process. Professors are generally advanced in their field of study and have extensive "real-life" experience to share and lead the class. As with all colleges, students will benefit from the knowledge of their professors if they seek to learn. Faculty is readily available and will answer any question a student may have. Expanding on the course content and tapping into the knowledge of the individual instructors is a fabulous learning and growth experience.
Classes at Strayer prepare a student for advanced careers or for a more advanced education. Students must keep in mind that you will learn as much from a class as you decide you want to learn, as with any education. Strayer provides the direction, the tools, and the support. The student must provide the dedication, the determination, and the drive to learn.
How easy it was to enroll and go back to school. I am so upset that I never did it earlier!
Thus far I do not have any complaints. My advisor keeps in touch with me on a weekly basis and has been very supportive. He takes the time to answer all of my questions and has been great about walking me through the process.
Some one who is not interested in recieving an education should not enroll in Strayer University.
There aren't any dorms at the various Strayer locations and students commute to the campus for classes or have the option of Asynchronous or Synchronous classes.
This school didn't allow me to consider not attending college, persuing my dream, further my education as an option. Their staff took their time advising me of all of my options by asking questions and providing not just answers but solutions.
I have everything to brag about. I am taking online classes, and I still have the ability to go on campus and take care of any problems. This place is complete convience and the professors are all hands on if needed.
We don't have any sports teams
I see my car! Strayer campuses are conveniently located in major cities across the country in safe, clean areas. Because the campuses are much like large, corporate offices, students should not expect their to be a Strayer designated, local area for students to congregate.
The school works with Adult learners who work full time but can still work on your degree!
