What kind of person should not attend Swarthmore College?

Slackers should not attend this school. People should only attend Swarthmore College if they enjoy school and learning. There are parties on the weekends but it is by no means a "party school." People need to learn how to manage their time well otherwise they will be overwhelmed quickly.

Hardcore republicans and conservatives should not go here. People who like to skip a lot of class and party 5 days a week should not go here. Racists and gaybashers should not go here.

People who aren't willing to work hard academically. You'll get by, but the experience will be wasted. On the other foot, people who aren't willing to have fun. Again, you can pull it off, but unless you get involved in the social life of the campus you won't get the full experience.

If you are looking for a school where you can slack off you should not attend Swarthmore. If you want to go to a school with a big Greek life you also should not go to Swarthmore.
