Through no fault of Tacoma Community College, as this is the case with any school, the most frustrating aspect about attending school is the lack of availability of later classes as a full time corporate worker with a family and home. I don't want just any degree to pass on to my employer's checklist of preferred employee accomplishments. I want a degree that is fulfilling and challenging in ways that help me to grow as a person. Without more availablility, it is impossible for me to complete my degree without very drastic scheduling and financial changes.
The most frustrating thing about my school is the number of people attending it. Since it is so crowded, it is really difficult to get into the classes you need unless you sign up very very early. Sometimes, even then you may end up on a waiting list.
Applying for financial aid and making sure all forms are turned in on time.
The most frustrating thing about school for me is having a teacher that does not take his/her class seriously. Higher education costs money, so when I go to class, I want to get my money's worth. Watching a movie or doing silent reading should always be assigned as homework. I come to class to learn straight from my teacher through lectures and presentations.
The most frustrating thing about college is the tuition. I was late turning in my financial aid papers so when i started school all the funds were taking up like work study,grants, and scholarship sponsored by my school. My advice would be turn your financial aid papers on time so you can get all the funds so you won't be in my situation because i still have to pay the rest of my tuition even though financial aid only paid half of it.

Thus far, my education at this community college has run fairly smoothly. I would have to say the most frustrating aspect would be the financial department. Recently, I was dropped from all of my classes for lack of tuition payment, though I had indeed payed my full tuition by check. Supposedly there was a mix-up and the check was deposited to a fictitious student as a scholarship because the accountants could not figure out where to place the money. I was uninformed that there was any issue with my tuition until the day I was dropped...
