The best part about Temple is the racial and ethnic diversity. Everyone who comes to this school cannot escape being challenged by a new environment. Students from the inner city meet people from the suburbs and rural areas. It is also located in North Philadelphia which is an extremely run down part of the city. Students are witness to economic and social depravity. This type of experience can challenge a student in ways that cannot be put into words.

I am able to learn a lot more about different people and cultures. Sometimes I'm more interested in learning about the people than about the material in class. It has really opened my eyes to the rest of the world and I think that it has bettered me as a person.

Temple University is filled with diversity in both its majors and student body. As a result of this, young adults are able to enter the school with the knowledge that they will be able to fulfill their dreams as well as getting a feel of the different types of people the world has to offer. Also, because of the size of Temple, it is not overwhelming. The class sizes in one's major resemble high school classrooms, making it comfortable for students to form friendships with one another.

The best thing about Temple University is the diversity of students that colors the school. Everyone is so helpful to each others and the environment is very welcoming. The campus gives off a good warmth which allows student to be comfortable and who they are back at home.

One of Temple Universitie's strongest asset is it's huge number of available programs. I waffled throughout my first year of school, as I know many do, on exactly which major to pursue. Because of Temple's incredibly flexible Liberal Arts program and its inclusion of a business school, film school, etc. I was able to make an informed decision knowing that I had done due diligence in investigating other opportunities. Being able to interact with peers, professors and take classes in other fields of study allowed me to more intelligently make my decision.

It is universal. City mixed with suburbs and easy to get to surrounding cities as well, NY Baltimore. Its a very fun place to go to school

Everyone is so accepting of everyone else and there are really no prejudices here. All the teachers want students to succeed and do everything they can to help them. Also, the TECH center is amazing when you have to write a paper the night before it's due, although it does get a little crowded at night when everyone waits until the last minute to do their work!

The best thing about Temple University is the diversity of the students and faculty. With the different ethnic, racial, and religious backgrounds, you can gain a deeper appreciation for all beliefs and even learn about different ideas or viewpoints not previously known before. Also, there are several different campuses to accomodate a student's location.

What I feel is the best thing about my school, is that there is a lot of people from a lot of different places and backgrounds. I really appreciate that because I was introduced to a lot of new things. It also brought to my attention how different people are in the United States, they have different meanings for words, different accents and dress differently. I think this is one of the best things i learned at school.

What I really like about my school is the size of the campus and how safe it is. People often have negative opinions of the campus because of it's posistion in North Philadelphia, but it is incredibly nice and safe. Also, it's a huge school which I really like too. There are plenty more opportunities for food, social life, classes, etc. with a big campus.

The best thing in my school will be that the teachers are willing to help students to do better in their classes. Teachers are always willing to help if the student come looking for help. Students need to work hard but if a student is stock in something teachers will help you with everything. The environment in my classes are free to ask questions and teachers will respond the best way they can.

I consider the best thing about my school to be the environment. I love going to school in the city, you can walk everywhere and there is also quick and easy transportation. The city of Philadelphia has so many amazings sites to visit and become a part of. Its really a great place to go to school.

Honestly, the atmosphere. I love being on campus. It gets a bit crowded between classes when people are hustling and shuffling to make it to class, but besides that it really is a great campus. It is very close to Center City, but the campus feels safe. Eventhough I only commute 45 mins from home everyday I feel like I'm in a different world when I'm on my campus. The food is really pretty good, and everybody is pretty nice. I've nevr had a problem with anyone . I think a new student would really like it here.

The professors and the honors department. The profs are impassioned and professional and dedicated and teach you well and alot.

There are a lot of things to do. Its located in Philadelphia, so there are plenty of city things to get involved in. They have great sports teams, the river nearby to row crew. They also have a great arts program too, which is nice. The school itself is a little big, but the classes are engaging and there is always more fun and interesting people to meet.

My amazing undergraduate years at Temple University, and great experiences with Student Affairs and the Dean of Students helped me decide on a career in higher education administration. It not only shaped me into the adult that I am today, but Temple helped realize my future life's work in education.

The best thing about my school is how diverse the student body is and our cultural variance. It is the best thing about my school because I can interact and connect with people from many walks of life and see how although we come from different cultuaral backgrounds and have different socio economic status we experience many of the same things and have a lot in common that is not seen by the common eye. My experience at college at Temple is more enriching and meaningful because of the campuses diversity.
