Probably someone that just wants to get their higher education completed as well as those going into nursing.

I would not recommend this school to an individual who would like to one day, in their later life, work and make a life in a bigger, more fast paced city.

Our campus has a very laid-back feel, it is a comfortable place to be. Most people are nice and polite, and willing to help. A lot of things in our school are old, because we don't have a huge budget, our on campus housing is terrible, and we don't have a very prominent fraternity/sorority life. If those things are of utmost importance to someone, I would advise that they do not come here. Also if they want to go to a big school. Our campus is very small.

Sad, tired, lazy, unsocial, uncreative, un-athletic, petty, and all around pessimistic people beware: this school will change you. Bring it your naysayers, and they will believe. Its too fun a place to be sad, tired or lazy. But as for the type of people who shouldn't attend Texas A&M Corpus Christi? I can't give you that answer; its a school that accepts all and helps every kind of person to grow.

Hispanic, liberal arts or business majors...Science majors excell the most here

You probably shouldn?t attend this school if you want to go to a large school. Corpus itself is a small city, with a close community and a calm environment. There is some partying, some clubs, but not too much. The sports aren?t very competitive in comparison to other texas schools, and the academics are only difficult and competitive if you want them to be. Overall, i would say if you?re looking for a fast paced, super-competitive school, then this wouldn?t be the school for you.

there really isnt a particular type of person that should attend this school. all persons are wlcome so long as you are able to pay and adapt.

Students who want to attend Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi should not be someone whom does not care about their education. The courses are challenging and you must be determined.
