They try to involve the students as much a possible. The first week of school the administrators have a whole week planed out for the incoming students and returning students.

It is a very small college and it makes it seem more personal to each student. The facilities are new and very nice have facilities to serve all students.

I consider the local teacher base to be the best thing about my school. They are in tune with what is going on locally.

Texas A&M Texarkana is one of the only schools that will work with my schedule. I am not a traditional student and have to take many courses online or at a community college nearby that Texas A&M Texarkans has partnered with. Without this option, I never would have been able to attend college and raise a family at the same time.
