The only thing I can really go off about is the university's attendence policies.

I am involved in Pi Beta Phi.

I think the area surrounding campus is getting pretty shady. I don't remember there being nearly as many incidences of violence last school year as there have been this year. It's worrisome. I also wish there were more Lat Night T buses and operators. I know on a few nights on weekends, I've called the T up into the 80s and 90s of times trying to get it to come pick us up. Sometimes they'll answer and other times they won't. It really isn't safe to have girls wandering around The Fort at night, and yet it happens all the time because The T won't answer.

Don't be afraid to meet people in your classes and on the first day of class introduce yourself to your professor- it will make all the difference.

I absolutely love my school!!

Your college years up at UTK is something you do not want to miss out on! It is probably some of the best times of your life!

UTK is not full of dumb rednecks from the Hills of Tennessee. It's just a state university like all the rest!

I love UT I wouldn't be happy anywhere else.

While UT has its party goers and wild greek life, it also has some of the most enriching education providers. Upper level professors' resumes are beyond impressive. There is also a wonderful library that boasts the newest technology and cozy places to study. As for the energy on game days and stand-out athletic teams, that's just icing on the big orange cake.
