The University of Texas at San Antonio is a very welcoming campus, and offers many useful amenities to its students and guests. The students are very eager to work together, and the professors are very accessible outside of class hours. The campus itself is a warm environment.

I think that UTSA is a great school because it is incredibly affordable and very diverse. We have very nice state-of-the-art facilities, and so many resources that often students are not aware of how much is really at their hands. UTSA is a commuter school, with majority of its students living off campus. I think that sometimes this affects students school spirit, as many students spend more time off campus and thus may be more involved in events outside of the school. However, that is not to say that there is no school pride. From our sports teams to our marching band to the fans (alumni, students, and family), there is plenty of school spirit to go around. If one is willing to explore and do more than academics, they will also find that there is always something to do, from watching free movies on weekends, to getting free popcorn on day of the week, to having guest speakers and many events throughout the semester. Opportunities for fun, learning, and growth are always around, and so is support to do so.

I have always loved this campus since the beginning of my Junior year in High school. I love how united and diverse this college is because it only means there are more opportunities for other young people like me. I'm a proud Mexican with two hard working parents. who have a low income, with that UTSA is very understanding and helps those in need.

I feel UTSA is a good school overall, from academics, to diversity, to professors, to extracurriculars, to the overall atmosphere. I actually work at The University of Texas at San Antonio and I love how considerate they are with scheduling for me, and since working I have been able to stay on campus longer, able to see how the afternoon is on campus, it is very relaxed and I feel safe on campus.

This University has a special place in my heart and always will. At UTSA, the student body is my family. I feel at home everyday that I'm on campus. Every student and staff member is so welcoming and friendly that it encourages me to be a better person. Once a roadrunner, always a roadrunner!!!

UTSA has such a beautiful culture and such a variety of people that add so much to the student body. I go to a very unique university in that there are many backgrounds when it comes to the age and experiences of seniors. As a business student thus has helped me tremendously in that I can ask so many questions about the business world when there are so many experiences from other students. The faculty also provides us with extensive knowledge that goes beyond the information of the classroom. Great school!

Although I only went for a campus visit, I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the university. The housing was great on-campus, and I gave 4 stars for off because I just feel it be better to be on-campus so that way you are more involved in the activities of the campus. The food was to die for! This was almost my favorite part of the day had it not been for the visit I took to around their beautiful campus grounds. Finally, the academics only amazed me as current students and professors explained how life was for a student and how there were many opportunities to be involved in the relatively small class sizes!

The university of Texas at San Antonio was a great school. It has done a great number of deeds for me as well as gotten me into Physical Therapy School. The professors were great. Show that you try hard and they will assist you in any way that they can. Parking is an issue, the dorms aren't too bad, but they are pricey. I rented a house with several roommates off campus. There is always something going on. It's a huge commuter school. Great place to get involved and Network.

UTSA is a fast growing school. It's reputation, academics, sports involvement, infrastructure, and funding have all increased dramatically since 2014. The professors are hit or miss, but that seems to be the case at most schools. Overall a decent education with moderate school spirit and student life.

The University of Texas at San Antonio offers a safe environment and a welcoming environment for students of any background or ethnicity. Around every corner there is an emergency unit that allows students to receive help at the touch of a button, they can call for the specialized police force that is explicitly assigned to our school. We also provide hotlines if the students need to report a suspicious even anonymously and other lines for mental and physical health. From the moment we enter the university for orientation our even leaders immediately tell us how to operate the emergency units to call for help and give us a card for any hotlines we may need such as suicide, sexual assault, anonymous reporting, and even a direct line to the campus police. The university is also well kept and has plenty of on-campus activities that allow students to take an active role in our political protests, sports games, and opportunities that may enhance their resume for their career. Along with many clubs to choose from the college also has free tutoring services that are handpicked by the college staff and professors to guarantee the best possible experience for the student. This way we can make sure that the student will be receiving the help that is from a certified student or faculty member that has experience in the topic they are tutoring and will be given the most out of their session. This University's top priority is to take care of all students big or small in the best possible way. Whether this means that we need more health services or financial aid, the changes that must be made will not be postponed as the dean will act upon them immediately. Overall this college is very reliable for safety and study purposes, and it is a fantastic example of how a university should compose itself and care for its students.
