Thomas college is as genuine as they get. The close-knit community is friendly and inviting. The campus is small, but the opportunities to have fun are abundant. Students have the chance to go on outings, take challenging and fun courses, join sports teams or clubs, and meet new people. The campus is always being improved, with new buildings soon to be added. The students who attend Thomas college are offered amenities that include a gym, basketball, and tennis quarts, two turf fields, campus wide wireless internet access, a café featuring Starbucks beverages, and a restaurant that serves comfort food. The courses at the Thomas college are challenging, but because the classes are so small, teachers can work with students that are having a hard time. The professors at Thomas are committed to making sure each student is as successful as possible. Although tuition is higher than most schools in Maine, the majority of students that apply to Thomas get a hefty scholarship. Thomas has a 100% job placement rate. Which means that those who follow their Guaranteed Job Placement program will either get a job right after graduation, or will be offered the change to take more courses for free. Thomas College takes care of its students, and allows for them to live a stress-free college life. This school has some faults, but is always improving.
Thomas College is an ideal school for students who want professors to know them and be at hand for queries. If unavailable, the peer tutoring program is there for you. Staff, faculty, and students care about education. Also, class sizes range from 13-25, amazing! Additionally, the overall rating I'd give for academics, sports, location, and services would be a 4.6 out of 5. The food and on-campus housing could be better, but they education they offer is great
Thomas college is a well diverse campus. Where its a small campus, it's easy to get to know people. They provide may a chance to get active on and off campus. They have shuttles to get to down town every week. It's easy for the students to get help from the professors. Overall, it's a great campus.

Enjoy the experience and have no regrets. Do not ever feel like you are wasting your money. If you feel this way, transfer to a new school!
My school is a place were passion and creativity are not seen as weird, but as beautiful and amazing.
small class sizes
I would have liked to have known more about the clubs on campus and how active the students are in each of them. The list online is not updated--not every club that the school "says" it has actually exists anymore. However, the majority of the clubs are still in actions, but it would still be nice to know how involved the campus was in the various activities and clubs.
There is just barely not enough housing for sophmore and higher students.
A person who likes small class sizes and being able to get a hold of the teacher when ever they need to. Teachers are more then willing to help whenever they can. This is a small college so everyone gets to know everyone and is close with eachother.
someone who wants a diverse sschool wuith a lot to do. also someone who is social. and also someone who is looking for a variety of classes
My school is best known for it's Guarenteed Job Placement Program. When you graduate with a degree from Thomas you can feel confident that you will find a job that is in your field of study soon after graduating.
I would describe Thomas College as a transitional object for many students who attend. It's a safe place where students can work on figuring out who they are and what they want out of life before they experience the real world.
My school is not fun, and I tell my friends not to come to the school because they will not have a good time.
The most frustrating thing about Thomas College is that some of the students are very immature and rude and the residential assitants don't do much about them causing trouble.
Because Thomas College is so small..there's a chance to get to know most of the students on a more personal level. Plus we all have one thing in common; we all chose a great school. My classmates are outgoing, funny and very down to earth.
