Thomas More College Top Questions

What's the most frustrating thing about your school?

Sara

The quality of our desks in the school, most are wobbly/dirty/unbalanced.

Adam

The most frustrating thing about the previous college that I withdrew from NKU was the lack of help from professionals, too many student employees running things made real help an issue and quite time consuming.

Natasha

There isn't anything negative that I could say about my school. Since I started with Thomas More I have had nothing but great experiences. The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. The curriculum has been challenging at times although I believe we learn through challenges and it has only been a benefit to me and my experience.

Katlyn

I can't think of anything frustrating.

The food here is horrible. Food that is supposed to be thaw is still partially frozen. The hot food is lukewarm and things are either over cooked or under. The Cafeteria is sectioned so that is you don?t buy lunch you enjoy your friends camping. There is only one place other than the cafeteria to eat on campus.

Alyssa

There aren't very many frustrating "things" about my school, just a few minor set backs. In particular, the library hours are limited and makes it difficult to stay on campus and study on the weekends especially since there are not very many quiet places for commuters. Longer library hours or more quiet space with tables and chairs would make me want to stay on campus more often and become more involved.

The most frustrating thing about TMC would be the size of the school. Everyone knows everyone. There's good and bad with this. I wont have a car my freshman year. Mom and dad think this would be a distraction. Most of the kids that live on campus have a car. I guess this will allow me more time to study. To me, that's the most frustrating...

There is nothing that is really 'frustrating' about Thomas More. Sometimes the size of the school can make it seem boring, but overall it is nice having a small campus and close-knit community. It would be nice to have a few more people around daily, but at the same time it is nice to be able to walk around campus and know almost everyone that you see. Also, it is very nice to have small class sizes and more opportunities for one on one attention with professors.

There are a couple of professor's who are frustrating, but I don't think that relates to the campus so much as me personally. I don't think you can like everyone. Nothing else really frustrates me at school. Other than just the typical workload of homework!
