Anyone who seeks education outside of the academic realm. While there is not an immense emphasis on academic excellence like that of an ivy league school, the growth you can achieve through new experiences socially can benefit you in ways no prestigious and cut-throat university could.
Willing to learn, friendly, exciting.
What i like about Towson is there is no "one type" of person that attends this school. There are over 200 groups and clubs that are recognized at towson and everyone can find something that interests them. Though most of the student body is from the east coast, in particular from MD, NJ, and NY; i have met people from a ton of different states as well. As long as someone is interested in meeting awsome people, getting an education, and broadening their horizons they will be a perfect fit at towson!
A person who is willing to work hard but at the same time can take time out to have fun by attending parties or movies with friends. Also a person who attends this school must be willing to accept people from many diferent nationalities and be willing to be sociable with them.
I don't think that there is a specific type of people who should attend this school. There are a lot of different types of people who currently attend this school, and everyone seems to find their place and fit in. In general people should be friendly, hard working, and enjoy living near a big city.
Anyone can attend this school. They are very good at tayloring to students with special needs. It is a lot of fun here. I am a student who requires a very special schedule and i receive the classes that i need here. I also work full time in addition to my full time school and i am able to do that rather easily here.
Someone who doesn't mind being surrounded by lots of white girls, doesn't go to clubs and/or bars as their hobby, and doesn't mind studying & learning to earn a good grade should attend this school.
A variety of people would feel comfortable attending this school! I went to many schools I did not feel comfortable at before finally finding Towson University!
The type of person how should attend Towson University, would be someone who is looking for a medium sized school that is diverse in every area- from people, to activities, to ideas and environments. I would recommend Towson for anyone looking for a more libral school where they can feel free to join or be part of any group or lifestyle they choose. Academically, I recommend Towson for a student who is good at self-motaviation because it's a school where however much effort you put in, is how much reward and success you will get in return.
Anyone who wants to be a teacher, this colleges has a lot of educational programs. Any one who like the city life and is confortable with a large campus setting.
