What is your overall opinion of this school?

The best thing about Trevecca is the atmosphere and the social life. The perfect amount of students, not too big and not too small, makes it feel like a giant family. We have multiple on campus events and parties each week; trips, educational forums, service projects in nashville, concerts, etc. Music City helps us get great concerts each year. As far as classes go, each class averages about 20 people so you really get the help from teachers that you need. Beautiful campus 2 minutes away from downtown Nashville. There is a lot of involvement with the city; for example some Trevecca students have been protesting with the occupy wall street members outside our capital. I have so many memories here including sledding down the huge hill at mt olivet cemetary, the giant slip n slide we have on the hill behind the girls dorms, and all the fun times playing intramural sports with my friends.

When I tell someone I go to Trevecca... they have no idea what I'm talking about... "Oh you mean that school in the ghetto?" "Yes, yes, that is my school, where I plan to build my life and career." Most students who go to Trevecca are inclined to do so by their parents. The education is poor, yet the bubble of closemindedness is appealing to parents. Every day events cause me to ask myself... I am paying twenty something grand a year for this?
