Get ready for the big world. Things are quite different out there. Don't go out with the thought that you are invincible. There are times that you are still going to need help. During one of our orientation sessions, we were told that we need to take the chips off of our shoulders and be willing to ask for help. There are many great resources within the school system that can provide help if needed. You just have to ask. It's a big world out there and they don?t expect you to take it on by yourself. They want to see you strive and succeed. Don?t expect to get by easy. You do have to work at it. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Sometimes the light gets a little dim but support from your family, friends, and the school will help you get through it. Don?t give up.
Universal Technical Institute is best known, in my opinion, for its instuctors and the reputation of putting out some of the best technicians. They have a very good reputation and there are a lot of manufacters that come to UTI for technicians.
We have a strict grading and attendance scale. The strong motivation to be the best from all students makes it challenging to be the best in each class so it allows every student to work even harder.
Someone who has intereset in the automotive industry.
We focus on professionalism and being the best automotive technicians we can be.
I wish I had made the decision to go to UTI sooner. I wish that I had thought more seriously about what I wanted to accomplish in my life while I was still in high school. However, I am glad to have come to the realization of what I want to do, and that UTI has given me the skills and the knowledge to do so. I feel like this was what I was meant to do, like I have reached my final destination. Perhaps the journey was worth the wait.
