I dont care about the student body.

Every topic is important at the U of A; either it be race, sex, religon, and etc. There is always a representation on the mall on in the paper or around the campus.

All groups are definately represented at this large school. I have noticed that sleeves for guys is definately optional. Everyone at this school is from california, arizona, chicago, NYC, and the dirty jersey. This may be the most conservative state school in the country.

big student body, but still sometimes hard to meet people outside of clubs. good mix of people. greek is pretty big, but made up of a lot of stuck up, rich people.

Their are all sorts of students here which make the experience a lot of fun.

At Arizona it is necessary to be social. if you don't party or don't make friends easy, arizona's not for you. Most students wear summer clothes like shorts and t-shirts all the tie which promotes a sort of party atmosphere. Most arizona students seem to be out of state but in state students aren't too far behind in numbers. financially it seems as if most students have scholarships for their achievements because tuition is pretty expensive.

There's always something going on at the mall, and clubs are everywhere you look.

Arizona is pretty much white as far as ethnicity goes. The girls are really hot.

For most of the year students wear t-shirts, shorts, flip flops, and sunglasses. Women love to show off their bodies and tans and some guys love showing off their 'roided out muscles. Arizona has some very beautiful women, however some are very fake. Walking around campus you will see a lot of guys that look like tools and bros. There is a lot of money on campus from students out of state. My high school was ten times more politically active than the University of Arizona. My entire freshman year I have seen two people wearing Obama/Clinton/McCain t-shirts. When Clinton came for a rally at U of A, the majority of people attending were locals, there were very few students.

Most of the students on campus are white, and have money. The student body probably has more value in their vehicles than the staff. Most students wear shorts, tank tops, flip flops, bathing suits and sun glasses to class. Most students are from Arizona, California, Illinois, Texas or Washington.

The campus is very diverse and most people accept others. No student would feel out of place at Arizona. Most students wear jeans and a tshirt to class, or sometimes even sweats. Different types of students interact inside and outside of class. Most students are from Arizona, Phoenix especially. Comfortable financial backgrounds are very prevalent. Students are politically aware and they come from all sides of the spectrum. Students do not talk about how much they'll earn one day.

Arizona students seem to be pretty normal. Most have been polite and reasonable to me, at least. It seems that introverted students would feel out of place here; it is easy to get lost in a large university. It seems that there are a lot of kids here from California and Chicago, and they certainly have different personalities than other students.

Plenty of diversity. You will find a group to fit in with. Arizona is HUGE but it feels small when you develop youre core group of friends and trust me you will. There is a clique for everything. There is even a clique of black guys in wheel chairs that always hang out together. If they found each other, you will be able to find kids that you get along with

I think all social and economic groups have a place on campus because the campus is very diverse.

There is a lot of school spirit. There are a lot of poor people too, which is a downer coming from a rich side of Tucson.

The thing about Arizona is that its a very diverse environment, there are a lot of diffrent people coming from different environments.

The student body is great I have met some of the nicest coolest people while attending college here. Every once in a while you come across a true bad egg but thats true everywhere.

Greek life is huge here, but there really isn't much segregation. Of course you are going to find a little bit with a student body of over 30,000, but overall people are really nice here. Most people are just looking to have a good time. The socio-economic class is a little high, even coming form a somewhat wealthy town, I am still amazed by how rich some people are, but even though there are a couple really rich stuck up people, like I previously mentioned, most people are chill and down to earth.

Being from the midwest I have learned that the people out here are a lot different. I have grown to really like the students now, but as a freshman male it was quite a drastic change. The values of midwestern guys are a lot different from most east coast and west coast guys.

We have so much diversity. Any race, color, religion, we have it. It gives a lot of chance to learn about different customs, yet at the same time join together for Arizona pride.

There is usually always someone from a religious, or racial group trying to get your opinion via interview while walking to class. I am asked almost everyday if I have time to talk about religion, the environment, politics, or gay rights. Arizona is quite diverse when it comes to religion/race/politics, etc. The student body government is very strong, and most students take the time to vote and have a voice in their election. You can find an on campus organization for anything you can think of. Any type of religion, all political parties, and all sexual orientations. Most students at UA are from AZ and West coast. Good amount from east coast states as well. All finacial backgrounds are prevalent.

For the most part Greek life is not very diverse but outside of Greek life there is alot of racial and religious differences. I believe that anyone could find a club about their interests or religions. I would say that everyone interacts with others and I have not personally heard of any recent conflicts with race, gender, or religion. Most U of A students are from Arizona, California, and Illinois. Most student I know come from average to above average income families but I know that there is a good diversity on campus. Student are active in politics and there are always tents on the mall representing different groups and trying to get kids involved in their government.

there is a lot of sway towards mexicans. i'm in a class about latino portrayal in media and pop culture and they spin everything so it sounds negative. they said that sesame street was racist. come on.

Everyone is attractive. Very diverse, easy to find find/ people with similar backgrounds

the school is full of small cliques, which once you've found yours is awesome. At first its tough to find a group of people that you fit in well with because of the mere size of the school, but it gets easier as you go through rush and what not. With the exception of athletes, who are all douches, everyone is pretty friendly.

I think there is something for everyone at U of A and everyone is very open to all opinions. The campus is very liberal. Most students are from Phoenix and other parts of Arizona.

Arizona is pretty diverse. While the majority of the people who go here are white, there is a good percentage of Hispanic, African American, Asain, and other cultures too. I feel that almost any student could make U of A a home. Class is very relaxed and students usually wear shorts and a shirt, due to the fact that is HOT here most of the year. Students are from all over the world. Lots of students are from Arizona and Califonia.

Our student body is very close. I know someone on the executive board and they all seem to really enjoy one another and work well as a team.

The majority of Arizona students are either from California..seemingly a lot from southern California, or Arizona mostly from either Tucson or Phoenix. A decent amount also come from Chicago and then of course there are random other states all over the country. There are a plethora of financial backgrounds from students having to work two jobs their freshman year to people just in school to get a degree and then take over their parents' company. Attire at Arizona varies a lot but girls are often seen wearing skirts and guys wear a lot of shorts, with the weather permitting almost the entire duration of an academic year.

Arizona seems very diverse and inclusive. I am in a sorority, but I am also an engineer and I have friends in UA athletics, as well as other colleges. I have found that students are also from a wide range of financial backgrounds.

Most students that I see are white. Black students congregate probably because they are in the minority. There seem to be a lot of Latino students, and asian students. Most students at U of A are from Arizona and California. Many students are not politically aware.

Arizona's Student body is very interactive with the students and is a very important part of campus. They hold banquets to honor the students, help interact with the alumni, and are dedicated to making the school interact together.

No student would feel out of place at the u of a. The campus is diverse and inviting. there are over 500 clubs and organizations ranging from different hobbies and activities to religious organizations and academic honoraries. Typically most students wear shorts and brezy tops. sunglasses and sunscreen are a staple. Students of every major are supportive and are good about establishing connections and networking.

The student body of Arizona is for the most part irresponsible. At sporting events they chant curse words at the officials or even worse, the opposing team. Families with children attend these outings and it is just very inconsiderate.

Some people are really laid back in sweat pants every day while others are way more preppy. No one cares what you look like when you go to class, you just wear whatever you feel the most comfortable in.

i havent had any trouble with anyone of a different race, religion, etc. people seem to be pretty chill. Dealing with such a large number of people on campus might be difficult for some people. i have friends from high school who havent found there place here yet. they feel lost among all the people. I would say most of the student body is from the west coast - Arizona and California. Although, we are very diverse. There are so many clubs where each person can feel welcome. The school is soo big, there is a little bit of everything - its nice.

A great thing about our campous is all the different clubs that the school offers. If you want to join geek life you can, if you want to get involved in Student Government you can. There are so many different options that this school offers that no person will find it dull.

We are a tshirt, denim jeans, and Rainbow flip flop campus. Not only are we extremely diverse, but extremely welcoming of just about anyone from any background.
