I think the more people we have attending this school will benefit the students by having more of a diverse population on campus. I do not think we should discriminate on allowing a person to attend my school based on their attitude or beliefs. Instead, I think more care should be taken to help the person feel more comfortable with the school.

There is such a diversity at this school that I think anyone wanting to attend will be able to find a spot in.

A person whom is looking for just a party or an easy ride. This is not the school for them because the U of A is very academically focused. Also someone who is racist or sexist, because there are alot of people who are of different racial backgrounds here, as well as women are given the same opporunities as men.

Students who want a fast-paced, cold, city-like environment would probably not be interested in attending University of Arizona.

The kind of person that should not attend this school is a person seeking a smaller atmoshpere. The University of Arizona is a big school, with big classes!

Students that want a base level degree to pass in life should not attend the University of Arizona. This school is aimed at preparing its students for the future and is not the place for unambitious students.

If you wish to attend the university of arizona you should be person who is comfortable in a larger university setting who are intersted in a complete college expierence. They should like warm weather and be able to keep their academic priorities in the presence of distraction.

People that wish to hide in their dorms and study day and night shouldnt come here. This school has a great deal of activities all the time. Everyone is proud to be here and shows it night and day. You need to be ready to get yourself out there and experience life.

If a person is not willing to work hard, then they should not apply to the University of Arizona. This school requires hard work and effort from each individual in order to succeed. After attending this school for a year and a half, it is obvious that laziness is something that will not provide any positive outcomes. Also daily attendance and studying is neccessary for good grades and ultimately a high GPA. Arizona trys to possess only committed students who will produce quality and reputable work.

In my experience, the majority of classwork at University of Arizona is collaborative. Therefore, I suggest that the UA is not the right place for a student who is uncomfortable with group work, group projects or group discussions. Beyond the classroom, there is much effort on campus to encourage students to work and band in meaningful partnerships. Community projects, clubs, and partnered research and field work are common extracurricular activities that students are urged to participate in. In order to take full advantage of UA's universal collaborative theory, students should be both willing and enthusiastic to work with others.

I honestly believe this school has something to offer to any type of person, whether it be a meaningful education, career preparation, or a means to become part of a large social community.

Students who are going to University strictly for party purposes should look elsewhere. While we do have a fun and interesting atmosphere at Arizona, most of the student body seems to understand why they are here and what they want. Fun here isn't narrowly defined to including alchohol, drugs or sex as exclusive ingredients. On the other hand, this IS still university and it is a time for growth and exploration for young people who are more responsible for themselves than they were previously; but I would say the culture here is mostly responsible and clean. Come and see!

The kind of person that should not attend the University of Arizona, is a person that is not willing to work hard toward future goals. If a challenge and an opporutnity to learn is what a person is seeking, then the University of Arizona is the perfect school for them. If looking for any thing short of this, the UofA is not the place to go.

The Person who shouldnt attend this school is those who out live their social life. This university is very prestigous and competitive. If you party alot, and expect to do little to no studying then your capability at this school is reduced and your chances of getting amazing grades are slim to none.

The kinds of people that shouldn't attend this school include a person who is here just to find husband or wife. Also, people who aren't willing to put forth the time and effort it takes to complete homework, lab work and group projects, shouldn't come here and hope to succeed.

A person that really is affected by the small town. The University of Arizona is in Tucson and there are limited things to do, therefore someone that is going to a school for the city might not enjoy how it is more artistic than large.

The type of person who shouldn't attend this school is one who does not take her or his education seriously. We are a university based on supplying the very best education possible--and we do supply it.

Students who are seeking a small, intimate college experience should not attend this school. Also, sports are a huge attraction, so students who don't love attending sporting events are out of place. Anyone who doesn't like warm weather or windy weather should go somewhere else.
