University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is different from other schools, because each student is not just a number they are an indivdual and professors care.


Compared to the other schools that I decided to attend in my state, this university is a Historically Black College or University. It is apart of over 84 other colleges in the country that was developed to enhance the knowledge for the african american race. I think that my school is also unique because it treats the students like family and we are able to express ourselves more in out studies.


It has a major focus on African American heritage but yet maintains and enforces that a proper education is the key to success.


My school is a Historically Black College/University. There is so much history behind it. My school also has an awesome marching and concert band.


This college is one of the oldest institutions of higher learning in the state of Arkansas. It is also an HBCU.


The school I chose was the only HBCU that I had applied to. All others were diverse and held higher standards for their students.


Its a smaller college, so i think that we have a better chance of learning, and getting more of professor"s attention than others. Since its a small shcool, everyone knows and get along with each other.


The school is very diverse to be a HBCU!! The people are very friendly and open to getting to know different people, where they come fron , and what they are about!!! In the past year the school has really became diverse there are Asians, Hispanics, African Americans. You name it and they probably attend UAPB!!!


My school is very live and active.
