The classes you take all depends on the major you are and if they are lower or upper division courses. Many of the Lower Division course are very big (200 +), but that doesn't mean you will never get attention from the professor. At our campus, every professor is required to have office hours where students can go ask questions about the lecture or just go have a good conversation with them. also many large classes have Teacher Assistants. the Upper Division courses are much smaller (30 and lower) and allows the professor to give attention to every student.
