UCF is widely regarded for its engineering and science departments, as well as the new medical school that UCF hosts. UCF has a strong commitment to research and innovation, and has a formidable track record of publication and scientific discovery.

This is actually my first semester at the University of Central Florida and I attend a regional campus; but the football team, UCF Knights, is very popular and has a huge following. Athletics is a huge aspect of UCF. The programs offered are also very diverse and well recognized in the academic community. UCF is also growing at a very fast pace, ranking second in the nation in regards to enrollment.

UCF is known for many things, but one of the greatest thing to me is the fact that we have the best hospitality college in the nation. The Rosen College of Hospitality is where I am currently taking classes and I feel so lucky to be there. Our professors are industry professioalss and have so much experience that they get to share with us every day. They also have connections to so many people in the industry which allows us to have endless opportunities to find work when we graduate.

University of Central Florida is best known for the opportunities it offers. Being in Orlando so many job opportunites are available from an incredible amount of companies, organizations, and government locations. The University of Central Florida creates specific tracks to help you acheive your future career dreams with the help of an amazing faculty that has had experience in that field. Our faculty has had hands on expierence in what they teach and have been succesful in it as well. They transfer this passion to their students and help them achieve their goals and give them the neccesary steps.

My school is known for a numerous amount of things. It is one of the largest universities in the United States, our football team won their "Liberty Bowl" game versus Georgia, our campus is clean and up to date with the newest technology, and we are in the middle of one of the most eventful towns; Orlando. We are known for our size, sports, academics, cleanliness, and location. Our school is very diverse and full of energy.

My school used to be only sort of known for academics, but this year we've become so much more. We have a Top 25 football and basketball team for the first time in UCF history. We are in the works of getting brand new performance spaces for the theatre and music departments. Our campus is completely beautiful and modern, with so many students attending. We are the second largest university in the country. There is always something going on on-campus, whether it be concerts, or clubs, or sports. Its so diverse, that's why I love it!

My school at the University of Central Florida is known for its sheer size that could awe anyone. The campus is beautiful, and my school boasts to have over 50,000 students attending. However, simply looking around the scenic campus you'll find that it doesn't feel crowded at all. Students are walking about but there is no urgent bustling to get to class. The main campus has brick buildings shaded by oak trees--your typical picture of what a university would look like--as well as more modern buildings being created faster than you can say "Go Knights!”

UCF is the largest univeridty in the state of Florida and the second largest in the country in terms of enrollment. The university offers a large variety of degree programs.

I think the school is best known for its modern style. The school is like a city in itself you never have to leave campus!

The University of Central Florida is best known for being "Under Construction Forever," a play on the school's initials "UCF." Since I have been a student at UCF, I can't recall one semester that I've been here where some new building wasn't being erected. In the past semester alone, there has been a new Career Center built in only a few months and is open for business. Also, there is a new parking garage being built at the present moment to help alleviate the parking situation. It lets me know that my school is relatively young.

It is a growing campus that has many reasorses that are there for students, to use and do well, they also care about each student.

Our school is best known for Spirit Splash. It is a homecoming week event that is looked forward to every year by students and staff. We have a reflection pond infront of Milican Hall with a beautiful fountain in the middle. The pond is meant to be sacred, so you arent supposed to go in it at any time of the year except Spirit Splash. Spirit Splash is a pep ralley that gets all the students excited. There is music and dancing and at the end, all at once, everyone rushes into the pond and splashs around to music.

I would say that right now UCF is most known for our C-USA championship football team, as well as our basketball team being undefeted so far this season!

I believe UCF is best known for our academics. We are becoming increasingly competitive with other Florida universities, and really make students strive to earn acceptance into the school. I personally enjoy that we are not "known" for our football team. Although I support UCF sports and am happy we are rising up in that world, I love knowing I attend a school that has an academic reputation rather than a popular sports one.

University of Central Florida is known for how big it is. We have over 52,000 students here. Now we are also known for our Football team that just recently won their bowl game. We are now also known for our Men's Basketball team because for the first time both teams are nationally ranked.

I may be biased because of my affiliation with the program, but I have also been told by attorneys and judges that students emerging from the UCF Pre-Law program are ahead of the rest. The reason for this being the Legal Studies curriculum offered. The courses that I am taking towards earning my Bachelor’s Degree are modeled around the courses taken in law school. I am studying the law as an undergraduate, learning to do the research, and securing my understanding of my future law school course load. I only have great things to say about the program.

I believe that our school is also well known for location and presentation. Our campuses are well kept with beautiful landscaping and architecture. Last of all, it is located in the heart of Orlando, close by downtown Orlando and attractions such as Disney, Universal Studios, etc.

A fantastic engineering program with close proximity to NASA, Siemens, Lockheed Martin and other major companies. UCF is also famous for it's ranked football and basketball teams.

It's a great school that allows anyone to have the opportunity to have an excellent education. For students who didn't get accepted into a University immediately following high school, or students who got their G.E.D and had to go to community college first, it gives them a chance to still be successful and get a great education.

The university is also known for having over 200 majors available for students that will put them in the right direction. The education opportunity that UCF provides are second to none and people are beginning to hear, see, and observe what this college has to offer. Moreover, UCF is known for the outstanding education it provides.

UCF is best known for its huge campus. It is the 3rd biggest campus in the nation. It has an excellent gym which is free of access for students and a large leisure pool. My school is best known for anything that it offers. But mostly it is known for its engineering programs. Which are exceptional by the way. Alod of students that attend my school are engineering majors and that is great because they are at work creating new things to help our society be greater.

My universtiy is probably best known for our research. We hold the top research patents in our state, surpassing the University of Florida.

Our school is known as the trampoline school because during our football games, our fans will jump up and down the whole game and our staduim will just shake. For example, when we played Texas few years ago, The staduim was so loud and our fans were jumping up and down so much that the bolts on our staduim were coming loose. The next year we had to reconstruct our staduim so the staduim would not become a hazard to the fans.
