The worst thing is the shuttle service for those that live off campus. It tends to be irregular around the middle of the day, so you have to be sure to add extra time when leaving for class so that you arent late.

The only thing I don't like about UCF is the stadium. It's a small complaint, but it's the only one I can find that I truly dislike. The stadium is nice, don't get me wrong, but there is something so... "High School" about it. It doesn't feel like a college field when you see it.

I think the worst thing about my school is the size. Some classes are huge which doesn't allow for much student teacher interaction.

Big classes

The worst thing about my school is only parking. With the amount of students that go to classes here at UCF, it is hard to find a parking spot when you want. It is unfortunately the only thing that gets on my nerves and makes me not want to drive, but luckily classes aren't that far away from each other so walking, riding bikes, or riding skate/long boards isn't that big of a deal. Although parking is the worst thing about my school, more parking garages are in construction right now, so hopefully that will solve problem.

The bus and food options becuase there needs to be more transportation to get around off campus instead of the public bus system.

There is a lot of drinking at my school

Since I am not attending the campus or any campus directly I am not qualified to answer this question. I am attending Everest University Online, it was not listed. Past experience of university campuses dictates they are too spread out and the buildings not labeled clear enough.

The website is entirely useless. It is hard to find any information whatsoever.

It has a reputation for being easy to get into and having a lazy student body. There is also a small drug problem.

The layout of the school is its worst feature. Some of the buildings and landscapes remind me of at times a rehab recovery center and at other a mall.

I consider the large classes bad for me. I would rather be in a much smaller class where I feel more engaged in a conversation rather than an onlooker. With smaller classes I feel more comfortable to participate in disscussions, and answer/ask questions. Smaller classes provide more approachable teachers because they know who you are and are not always overwhelmed by too many students approaching them all the time.

The worst thing about UCF is the amount of toll roads in the area in order to drive there. I am a communting student who pays upwards of 70 dollars a month in tolls.

The worst thing about my school would probably be the parking, because there are so many students that now attend the University of Central Florida and not enough parking spots to satisfy the increase. But that would be the only thing I could think of, simply because I am very thankful to go to that school.

Worst...? driving around campus looking for a building your first time there. I drove around several times,.. did not have any "parking pass" and did not want to get towed away since I live an hour away!

The worst thing about my school is that there are not many scholarships offered to middle class students who have parents making an income of 40,000 or more. My mom is a single parent and makes good money, but also has two kids going to college, so it is hard for her to help out. Also, there are so many scholarships for minorities, but none for white/non-hispanic students.

I can't say that there is anything that I believe to be the "worst" thing about my shool. From what I have experienced thus far everything is wonderful. I have not come across anything that I have viewed in a negative sense. If anything I would have to say the worst thing would be how spacious it is. Walking from one place to another isn't always fun especially when its really hot, cold or raining outside.

The university doesn't have enough advisors. They are still working out all the kinks in my program, so it can be really frustrating because they keep altering it.

My former roommates because we just were not compatable roommate matches.

I guess that the worst thing I could think of about the school is trying to incorporate the regional students in the activities held at the main campus. It's a difficult task that we are working on improving every day.

Although there is a great amount of diversity, the large size of the school can levy some disadvantages. Of these, the worst would be considered parking. Arriving on time to class can sometimes become a problem to well-meaning students because of the limited space available compared to the amount of students who are all trying to secure a parking spot at the same time. I feel that as we continue to grow as a school student-wise, we should also be sure to make room for all of this growth.

The parking, there clearly is not enough parking for everyone.

I feel the school can be too finiancially/profit driven. It's great to grow and move forward, but at what rate? Class sizes are too large and even then it's still difficult to get a seat in one of those classes. Buildings are being constructed on top of old parking lots, making room for more seats, but less parking spaces for students. Also, even though we are adding a medical school, which is great for the university and community, UCF cut other health-related majors leaving students to either transfer or change their majors.

The buildings are spread out. It takes a while to walk from one side of campus to the other, but once you get into your major most of your classes will be in the same vacinity.

Parking situation, traffic.

The worst thing about the school is its size. More than 50,000 students attend the school. It is in the top six largest schools in the country. This makes the class sizes very large.

Although Florida State is in financial difficult now, I wish State can help keep more of the drop out in school. Most of this drop outs are due to financial difficult.

There are multiple things that I love about my school; however, there is one major issue that still needs to be addressed. As many college students live away from home they take their cars to school for transportation. The parking situation at the University of Central Florida desparately needs to be improved. So in my opinion the worst thing about my school is simply the fact that additional parking is critical.

I would say the worst thing about my school is how impersonal it is. Yes, there are a large number of events geared towards the students, but with over 50,000 students at the school, probably not one faculty member even knows my name.

Considering I truly love my school and all it has to offer, I find it hard to find something I do not like about . However, although our campus does have spirit, I wish we were a school with extensive pride. Wearing black and gold attire to evey sporting event or even just to class to show how much we love our school. If all students really followed our school motto of "bleeding black and gold", i feel as though we could quickly become known for our spirit in our school which in turn can be motivating for students to learn.

The worst thing about my school is the budget cuts. This caused the University of Central Florida to drop my first intended major, Management Information Systems. It also causes classes to sometimes be overcrowded.

The campus life on weekends, because their is no one around walking or anything going on, besides the home football games in the fall.

I believe the worst thing about my school UCF is the high tution costs. The tution costs are very high and increase frequently making students not able to take as many classes as they would like to. With the high costs of tution, students who are still living at home and have parents in the middle class are unable and don't qualify for financial aid, making them have to pay out of their pockets which is tough and hard for them to pay for school.

There is no real job placement help after graduation.

The classes offered for my major (psychology) tend to fill up very fast. Usually if the class is required though, there is an internet alternative, or the professor will allow you in the class.

Parking. The one thing I hate about my school is finding a parking space. There are seven parking garages and about a million other parking lots, but there never seems to be parking spaces during the day; unless you feel like driving around for an hour, following people to their cars when they are leaving.

Growing population

There are so many students here that sometimes I feel "lost in the crowd."

The worst thing about ucf is how some of their professors are heartless. The professors I have had in the past are very unsympathetic and have no relationship with their students. Some are even robotic in some ways. I believe we as students are paying for an education therefore, we should be taught by better, caring professors. We need professors who are going to guide us through the course and help us achieve our goal.

I think one of the biggest problems for me in this school is parking. Around the community is known for having a lot of student but not enough parking spots.

You may call me naive, but as a college freshman I dont have many problems with the college Im attending. Although the class sizes are a bit too large sometimes, it has its benefits along with some downfalls.

I would say the worst thing about my school is parking. I know it sounds like an odd answer but its the truth and I can guarantee other students that attend my school would agree. The reason why parking is the worst is because there's not enough parking spots so you have to park really far and walk what feels like 10 miles just to get to class. I mean its gotten to the point where I just park across the street in a shopping center and walk from there.

I believe that the worst thing about my school is the size. The University of Central Florida is a school with approximately 50,000 students and sometimes when I am on campus, it can be hard to find my place because there are so many people. When it comes to some of the class sizes, they can be very large to accomodate so many students and it is easy to get lost in the shuffle of things. It can also be hard to get your teachers' attention because they have so many students.

School has become quite enjoyable for me at 39, but if I had to pick the worst thing about school is paying for books. Every semester I get myself all worked up about how I am going to pay for books. Books are 50{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of the tuition. Many of the professors that I have are arthors of the class books, and I think that the whole 1rst, 2nd.......edition's should really be questioned. Resale is worthless and we students are sure it is a scam!

The variety of graduate programs in my opinion is very limited.

While UCF is stepping into the spotlight with aspects such as the third largest school in the nation, and possesing a brand new medical school, there is still a downfall, in my opinion. The "pre-med" program is still working on building itself up and in that way I feel like it is hard to judge the education I am getting. No doubt the professors are highly knowledgable I still feel like there is a long way to go.

The worst thing about my school is that there are few covered areas so when it rains everyone gets wet when walking to class.

There are too many students enrolled here so that brings up a few complications. The most notable is the parking situation since many students have a hard time finding a good parking spot without having to search for extended periods of time. Also, it's sometimes hard to sign up for the classes you want because they fill up too quickly.
