A person who has no interest in their community and doesn't like to hear of ways they can make a positive impact on those around them shouldn't make this school their first choice. UCF students and staff are very involved in the community around them and we do our best to lend a helping hand.

Every type of person would fit in perfectly at UCF.

A person who is not serious about furthering his or her education is the type of person that shouldn't go to my school. UCF is a place of opportunity that all who come here should take advantage of. Anyone who doesn't have the intention of expanding his or her knowledge should seek a different future.

People who preffer small campuses, very small classes, and rural settings.

A person that does not want to work on their studies should not attend this school.

Anyone who doesn't like a lot of people around at once, or large classes. At lunch time, campus is pretty crowded and there are over 50,000 students enrolled at UCF. There are a lot of Lecture classes that have over 400 people, but there are small classes too, especially if you are enrolled in the Burnett Honors College. If you plan on driving to school everyday you probably shouldn't go here, parking is insane! But if you get there early its not too bad. Walking is good for you anyways.

Lazy people. You have to work for whatever you want

If you are a person looking for an easy "get by" and easy A's, dont attend this school. If you are not willing to get involved and help out the community, this school is not the one for you.

I'm not really sure, the campus as a whole is very accepting, I've known students who work very hard in extremely competitive programs, and students who slack off in easier majors. There are organizations for both conservative and liberal minded students as well as just about anything else students want to become involved in.

The kind of person that shouldn't attend this school is someone who is uncomfortable in big places. Also someone that is not willing to meet a lot of people.

Someone who is not ready to put the work in for what they want.

Prospective students that are not self starters and able to learn on their own should not attend UCF. Although the instruction is decent, there are many components to the curriculum that require self taught learning

The kind of person who would not do well at this school is one who prefers smaller class sizes.

A portion of the University of Central Florida creed states that, "I will strive toward the highest standards of performance in any endeavor I undertake". That said, I believe the only type of person I would dissuade from attending UCF is a person who lacks motivation because motivation is essential to one's success at this institution.

This is a school that truly offers something for almost everyone. There is not a certain "kind" of person who should not attend this school.

UCF is a school for a wide variety of students. There are people from every background imaginable here. At my previous university, the student population was primarily uniform. There was less variety, and the students were far more interested in partying than in academics, and that just wasn't something I was interested in. When I transferred to UCF, I felt like I belonged here, and the student population is way more diverse, so there are friends and colleagues here for everyone.

The University of Central Florida is an amazing school. However, if you are someone who likes a small campus with only a few students per class, this is not the school for you. This is a very diverse school with large classes, and a large wide open campus.

I dont believe that there is a type of person that should not attend this school. The University of central Florida is a very divers school and you can look around everyday and see all kinds of faces. Its like one big rainbow.

Someone who does'nt like to interact with anyone else and who isn't going to take the initiative to get involved in school and/or extra curricular activities.

In my opinion, an individual that is not motivated in persuing their own intellectual side by remaining dormant should not attend this school. Basically what I mean is: if you are not willing to put forth the effort in studying and allowing necessary change to happen within yourself, then do not attend UCF. Because the end result can either be two ways, you will succeed and be a different individual then who you were in the beginning or you will be defeated by your lack of effort and remain on the same level that you were when you started.

To attend UCF, you need to be goal orientated and self-motivated. You must push yourself to get work done, attend class, and study for exams. People who are not ready to seriously work towards advancing their knowledge should not attend.

Students who are looking for a education relative to the one recieved in high school should not attend UCF. The classes are extremely rigorous and are developed for the students to mature. At the university the professors will challange you to develop not only as a student but as a person as well. The school is also very large, so those who want more face to face instructional classes would be better off at a smaller university.

The only kind of person that shouldn't attend this school is someone who likes the Gators. Besides that, anyone is welcome here.

A student that is very negative and lazy should not attend the University of Central Florida. The atmosphere on the campus is one of good spirits and there is always activities and important events taking place. A lazy student would get lost in the crowd and not achieve in their classes. Instructors encourage students to make themselves known and participate in order to succeed at their highest ability. A negative student would always doubt him/herself and those around him/her. Students on this campus are well rounded, friendly, positive, and all around active.

The kind of person that shouldn't attend this school would be one that prefers a smaller school setting, such as a private university. The University of Central Florida is a very large school with about 50,000 students. There are tons of ways for students to get involved and get the full experience of what it is like to attend such a large school.

I won't say who shouldn't attend this school, but I will say that you must be prepared to earn your grades. They take the GPA that you earn at UCF very seriously and if you are not focused and disciplined, you can EASILY slip into acedemic probation. As long as you make a conscious effort, do your assigned work and make use of the faculty and resources, any student should do well.

Partiers should not attend UCF. They have very strict on underage drinking and other such activities.

The kind of person that should not attend this school would be someone who is not hardworking and does not feel the need to succeed. UCF strives for students to do well in whatever they want to do. If someone is lazy and does not want to accomplish something significant in their life then they should not attend the university of central florida.

Someone who is not motivated to continue their education and make a better life for themselves.

A person who is seeking to find themselves and assert their independence in a positive manner by having a fresh start probably should not attend this school. I have found that many of the people I came in contact with have not made the right decisions. Those who did come seeking positive change, eventually ended up leaving the school or becoming commuter students from different areas as to put a distance between themselves and the school.

Someone who is not responsible and is not there for learning. This school is for people who want to learn, get a degree in their field, and plan to get a job in their area of interest. UCF is a fun school but the most important part is the education.

Honestly, there is no classifying a single person to not attend this university. There are so many students, clubs, organizations, etc that I find it extremely hard for someone to not fit in here. People tend to be friendly, and the professors want students to succeed. One has to actually put effort into failing because the school works with its students to be sure they have what they need to succeed.

The University of Central Florida is a college which welcomes every form and every type of student. It is an university that allows diversity and innovation. In all honesty, UCF is a school in which any person should attend. There is not one kind of person who shouldn't attend. The univesity rewards hard work and encourages students who have academic hardships. Any person who strives to go to UCF should attend. They would find a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

UCF is a very open and understanding school. People from around the nation and differerent areas of the world come to study here. Whether you are undecided or focused on the way you want to spend your college years, one can eaily accilimate to UCF and be successful.

Someone who hopes to cheat or slack their way through classes; afraid of being alone; who needs a lot of guidance from professors; who does not have a lot of money, tuition and books are expensive; wants to get a General Business Degree, everyone here is.

This school is so diverse that I think any type of person would fit in.

The only kind of person who shouldnt attend UCF is someone who doesnt like to do anything. There is always something to do and so many ways to get involved.

People who want to be completely uninfluenced by "greek" activities and who don't care much about sports, such as football games, and activities such as tailgating - people who value education above irresponsible social activities.

The University of Central Florida is geared toward outgoing students who are willing to put effort into their education. This school is growing very rapidly in all aspects, including academics, research, and campus life. In order to maintain a well rounded college experience the student must immerse themselves in many aspects of the "university life". This level of perseverance will very much guarantee a successful college experience.

Someone who will not give new thigns a try. There are lots of things at this school and those who do not participate in someone will be left behind and might find it hard to make any friends.

Someone who wants a personal experience for their first two years of college. Classes are large, and you become a number, rather than a name.

If you don't like to meet new people

The kind of person who should not attend this school, is someone who does not like to be involved with school activities from football games, to sorority/fraternity, intrumural sports and clubs. The University of Central Florida is a very active university and promotes student invovlement very highly. Students who wish to hang back from the crowd, not be very sociable, and also don't like diversity in a school should also think twice about attending.

A person who is only motivated by outside forces. The only people I see excell at my school are those who have a plan. Those who are going to school to fulfill someone elses needs usually do not do well and waste their time along with the schools finances for those who need financial aid.

Any person that wants to progress and build a better future for them and for their family can come and attend to the University of Central Florida.

A person who is not wiling to do the work, who doesn't have the discipline to finish a degree in which they have started. If the person takes college for granted, they are taking the rest of their life for granted, therefore, should not be allowed to attend this school unless they are ready to take the rest of their life seriously.

The kind of person who should not attent this school are those who have a hard time settling down and getting their work done. Also those who love to party and are not disiplined finish school and have fun at the same time.
