What are the most popular student activities/groups?

scott

The most popular activities during the winter are skiing and snowboarding and the main group that facilitates this is Boulder Freeride. In the summer everyone hikes, rock climbs, or mountain bikes.

Paul

The most popular student activities seem to involve a combination or poor choices, alcohol, and drugs. Maybe all three. As far as actual activities/groups I have no idea. Everything here seems to be geared towards underachievement and misplaced pride.

CU Boulder has a few prominent activities and groups on campus. The Herd is a major organization that puts together skiing trips, bowling nights, and lots of other fun activities. There is also a fairly large fraternity/sorority following and all the house associated with Greek Life are on the hill which is about 5 minutes from campus. It is a very good location and a great way to meet new friends and make strong relationships. The CU football and basketball games are our biggest sporting events and always depict the strong unity CU students feel here at Boulder. I lived in the dorms this year and meet a great group of friends on the same floor as me. The doors in the dorm are usually open and everyone is always friendly. I was involved with the CU JV Club Hockey program this year and it was a great experience. As a freshman, I helped the team win some crucial games, learned new plays and offensive/defensive positioning, and stayed in great shape. The dating scene at Boulder is very good, we were ranked the number one party school in the country because we have plenty of beautiful women and men on campus. This can be attributed to our commitment to be healthy. Boulder has the least obesity in the United States. There is always a party going on you just have to find it however, usually frat houses only let in get girls and close friends. On Saturday night you can go bowling at the UMC or take a walk down Pearl Street Mall. Honestly I rarely go off campus as a freshman because everything I need is here. If I'm going leaving campus, its usually to party or by groceries for the dorm.

Carolyn

The most popular off-campus student activities at Boulder are easily skiing and snowboarding. There are a number of organizations on campus that are affiliated with them, like Boulder Freeride, the largest collegiate ski and snowboard club in the world, run by 12 students currently enrolled at Boulder. Kids also love going to sporting events and supporting the Buffs, particularly football and basketball games. Speaking of football games - Boulder students definitely like to party, often. Gameday usually involves some drinking and getting riled up for our team. Obviously, not everyone drinks or smokes, but many people do. Typically, students like to go to house parties, apartments, or fraternity houses on the weekends - for example, last Saturday, I went to two different apartments. It's easy to jump from place to place and meet new people when you're with a friend who knows someone who is having a party, who knows another person down the block, etc. When it comes to what the people in your dorm are like, there's really no one way to describe it. I know some people who live on co-ed floors and are super close with their neighbors, I know people who live on all-girl floors where doors are never propped open, I know people whose best friends live all around them. It really depends. I happen to live on a floor of all girls, and I get along really well with a lot of them, but they're not my best friends. My roommate ended up being one of my closest friends (I got lucky), and I actually met my other close friends through her. She's from California and knew a ton of people right when she got here. I also met a lot of people during rush (I dropped in the middle and didn't join a sorority). Sorority/fraternity rush might not be your thing but it is undoubtedly one of the easiest ways to meet a ton of people. I ended up getting along really well with a few girls and while three ended up in sororities and two of us didn't, our friendship hasn't faltered. Fraternities and sororities definitely have a presence at CU but feel significantly less serious than at other schools - about 9{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of guys end up in frats and 16{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of girls join a sorority. One of the most prominent traditions at Boulder is the huge celebration on 4/20 each year, which is a big holiday devoted to smoking weed. Thousands of people come to Boulder for April 20th each year, making it the biggest known celebration of 4/20 in the world. Obviously, that is not the only time of year Boulder kids like to get high; plenty of kids smoke everyday, a few times a week, or just on occasion. I guess that could be considered a popular activity as well. Don't get me wrong - people are totally enthusiastic about school-affiliated activities and clubs, too, and Boulder definitely gets some cool speakers. Off the top of my head, I know both Common and Bill Nye (the Science Guy) took the time to stop by and share some of their wisdom just last semester. Whether they're mountain biking, skiing, skateboarding, hiking, swimming at Boulder Reservoir, snowboarding, or just taking a stroll be it with a club/organization or on their own, Boulder students just like to be outside and enjoy their beautiful surroundings as much as possible,

Greek life is huge at CU Boulder. Study abroad and alternative break trips are also popular and encouraged. Dorms are very friendly environments. Even if you don't play a sport, it is always fun to attend one of the events on campus. There are also theater shows, musicians on campus doing shows, guest speakers and much more. The first few weeks of school are host to many free events to get students to interact, get to know campus and have fun. Parties are popular, but if you would rather not party, there are always other activities on campus such as bowling, laser light shows, movies, etc. If you live in a dorm, there will be even more activities to choose from. The city of Boulder is small and more quiet than cities like Denver, but there are still things to do, and places to go.

On any given night there are about a million activities one can partake in. Although Greek life is not comprised of a large percentage of the student body, their parties draw large crowds. Athletic events such as football and basketball games also draw large crowds and generally are celebrated with large pre and post parties. If you walk around "the hill" at night you will encounter many house parties where students are mostly welcome to just walk right in even without knowing the owner of the house. Each year the 4/20 celebration draws tens of thousands of people to the Norlin Quad. Even non-smokers partake in the celebration just to see it once. There is truly nothing like it in the world. As a general observation, students at CU don't like to enter into committed romantic relationships. Much of the student body is fit, attractive, and outgoing which leads to a lot of casual hook ups and commitment phobia. I myself am in a relationship within the Greek community, which is rare, and a majority of both mine and my boyfriends friends are single.

For the male trying to find parties on the weekends, frats are pretty important. Tons of girls always go to frats, whereas a house party would probably have slightly more guys than girls. However, if you branch out and make friends, finding parties shouldn't be too hard, but if you're a little shy, it might be tough.

There are hundreds of different students groups and activities offered on campus. They can range from groups like College Republicans to CU Students Against Modern Day Slavery. In addition club sports, intramural sports here are huge from the water polo team to a flag football team you create with your dorm friends. Currently I am involved in Student Government and get to see firsthand the many student groups that exist on campus and what they are trying to accomplish. Last year the Distinguished Speakers Board brought Bill Nye the Science Guy to campus, and let me just say it was packed! Any college you go to, there will always be those who party Wednesday night through Saturday night. I wouldn't say that CU parties anymore than any other school. There are plenty of other options for students other than partying. Boulder is probably one of the most amazing places to live for outdoor enthusiasts, and if that's not your calling, downtown Denver is 30 minutes away if your more of the shopping type. Colorado in general offers so many great activities from skiing, snowboarding, hiking, shopping etc..

Anything from sports to academics to social identity are a large part of campus life. I know people who are involved in many different activities such as intermurals, club sports, and civil rights groups. I am part of the Equestrian team, which is a club sport. I ride in the Hunter Jumper discipline but CU also has a western team. Athletic events such as Football and Basketball get chaotic at games from the amount of students who attend, but there is also a volleyball team, lacrosse team, hockey, baseball, ultimate frisbee, and any other sport you can think of! There are so many activities to do on campus such as laser shows at the planetarium, dance/theater performances, free movie screenings, lectures by well-known people in the community, and so much more. The school emails you through the Buff Bulletin to let students know what's going on on campus. Sororities and Fraternities encompass a small percentage of CU's population, but the people involved in them love what they're doing. They do a lot of volunteer work and make trustworthy friends. I meet many of my closest friends through the equestrian team and my dorm. I personally am not a party person, but The Hill is known as a place for many parties. You can also register your party with the police and try to save trouble by getting a warning before the cops shut down your party. Generally I feel safe on campus but always bring a friend with you at night! The Night Ride system and emergency call stations are great resources for students to use for safety measures. The bus system is very handy and accessible in Boulder. Many of my friends use the bus or walk to our activities. Pearl Street Mall and 29th Street Mall are popular hot spots to hang out if you don't like to drink and there's a movie theater. Another popular off-campus activity is hiking at Chataqua near the Flatirons and snowboarding/skiing. In the winter season, CU offers a bus system that only cost $15 and pays for a ride to the mountain from campus and back to campus. The ride includes one snack, comfortable seating, and a movie.

The most popular student groups are greek life, Boulder Freeride (snowboarding club), various clubs for majors, intramural sports, Panhellenic Council, Student Government, CU Athletics, Environmental Clubs and ROTC. Athletics are important to CU Students especially Football and Basketball even though we are mediocre. The Blackout game where the entire crown wears black is an event to look forward to as well as homecoming. I met my closest friends through either greek life or in classes. I have also met a lot of my friends through other friends and by going out to Pearl St. at night. There is always something to do here and you can always have a full schedule if you want to. Guest speakers and events involving the arts are very common on campus. When you live in the dorms, you will always have friends to hang out with and these people will probably be your friends for the rest of your college experience. Many people say that living in the dorms was the best experience in their college career. Students do not want to leave CU to join the real world. This environment offers so much for students to do and be a part of that many end up staying longer than expected. At the same time many stay longer than expected because they are having way too much fun and not enough school time. Boulder is one the fittest towns in the nation and it is evident on a sunny or even snowy day that this is true. Yoga, hiking, biking, running, climbing, skating and so many other activities are done on a daily basis. It is so easy to stay active in this town and most people take full advantage of this. You will rarely see an overweight person here, which is surprising due to the incredible eats downtown Boulder has to offer. The Med, Pasta Jay's, Brasserie Ten Ten, The Chophouse are just a few well known eateries in this town. I guarantee you that you will always find something delicious when in Boulder. As a whole Boulder offers activities to everyone. You will never be bored and you will always have an opportunity to get out of the house when you attend CU.

Greek life is very popular. But still, a majority of people don't participate. I participated in an intramural inner tube water polo team which was a blast. Students used to leave their doors open more often in the dorms, but now people just knock on their friend's doors or see each other in the halls. Athletic events are very popular, but most people only spend a quarter or a half at football games. Die-hard fans spend the whole time at the games. Dating is not as popular as hooking up. Many people don't want to be tied down in college and choose not to stick to one person by officially dating. With that said, there are a lot of couples and sort-of couples around. Some people party 7 days a week, but some don't even go out on Saturday nights. The norm is usually to go out Thursday, Friday and Saturday, especially in the beginning of the year. Once it starts getting cold and freshman have calmed down, people stay in more often. I went to a holiday party at a fraternity last weekend... and actually had the calmest weekend yet at CU (I tend to party a lot). I'm planning on getting a job as a waitress next semester. Sometimes people stay in on weekends and don't drink. Some people smoke and chill out, others make ginger bread houses (my friends did last Friday night...).

Madisen

There is so much going on here at CU Boulder. With over 300 student run clubs and organizations, there is a place for everyone here! As i said before, i am a CU student ambassador and I am on the ski/ snowboard club here at CU. Next year, I am hoping to join the EMS (emergency medical services) group. This group is some CU students with EMT licenses. In addition to these groups, there are religious groups, sports groups, environmentally friendly groups, spirit groups, theater groups, art groups, and tons of other groups! At the beginning of the school year, CU hosts a fair where all the groups and organizations can advertise what they do and bring in new, interested students. As long as a student is open and wanting to participate in the CU community, there is a place for that student. CU does have Greek life on campus. Greek life accounts for 13{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of the student population. I have friends who are in sororities and fraternities and they absolutely love it. At the same time, I have friends who are not involved with Greek life and still have soapy friends and do great activities! There really is a place for everyone here at CU Boulder Each year, CU Boulder brings in guest speakers for the students. This Ida great opportunity to listen to very influential and important people. For example, last year we had Bill Nye the Science Guy some speak. Tickets were only 2$ and his speech was amazing! Just last weekend, I went with a bunch of friends to a CU men's basketball game. The basketball arena was packed with spirited students. Singing the CU fight song and cheering on our sports teams is so much fun! There is so much to do here at CU Boulder!!

Michael

As with many major universities, much of the student body is focused on greek life. I decided to pass up the life of a "bro" and focused more on furthering my career with the campus newspaper, "The CU Independent." I feel like other students join groups that have to do with their majors as well, whether it be student government or the environmental club. Many students meet in the dorms as freshman. I met most of my current friends during my first year, while staying in Sewell Hall. Our entire hall was pretty close and I still hang out with most of the guys from my floor. Since we're in Colorado, with the closest mountains only an hour away, everyone skis or snowboards. If you find someone who doesn't do either they are usually tarred and feathered before being shunned for the next four years. But really everyone usually takes the weekends (and sometimes weekdays) to go up to the mountains during the winter.

Alexis

Being in beautiful Colorado, many outdoor activities are the most popular here. There is a lot of biking, hiking, climbing and winter sports to enjoy when in Colorado so that is also the focus of many of the students. A lot of people enjoy taking advantage of the resources here so there are a lot of athletic clubs that have many members, winter sports clubs and community outreach clubs.

Nicholas

Boulder is located at the base of the rocky mountains. From town, from campus! you can get on hiking trails and climb 1500 feet to majestic views of the Colorado plains in one direction and the jagged Continental Divide in the other. Students at CU like to get outdoors and be active. From the easily accessed trails to the world class climbing around town. Need something a little faster? You will find plenty of friends to race around Boulder on bikes with. Up for a little drive? How about just two hours to world class skiing and snowboarding? Every weekend is a new opportunity for amazing adventures, and during the week you can get out and enjoy nature after a day of lectures!

Brett

Snowboarding. skiing, climbing, hiking. Party scene is big, football games hyped. Lots of greek life. Lots of concerts

K

Greek Life is the largest student group and by far the most rewarding. It can make a big campus into a small one. Additionally, it can widen your friend group and keep you on track with academics, while still having room for social activities as many sororities and fraternities build in both study time, philanthropies, and social events into their calendar.

Brett

If you don't like to party then don't come.

Ryan

Football games are a blast even if the team looses (they usually do), season pass is only $60 or so. University spends lots of time & $$$ on free on-campus events: film festivals, lectures, concerts. Parties are easy to find, expect Keystone Light in a can, a keg, or in cups on a beer pong table. Plenty of parties if you are not in a frat. The Fox theatre hosts big names for reasonable prices, only 1000 people, many shows are 18+.

As I said above, not really a whole lot to do in Boulder except play beer pong, smoke weed, watch sports, or ski. Also, since the school is very large and classes rarely have fewer than 35 students, it's pretty difficult to meet people. Extracurricular activities are not always well organized or publicized. Boulder is fine if you're really, really outgoing and don't mind spending most of your waking hours finessing your appearance, but if you're a generally nice person who isn't a total narcissist and can afford to go to a different school, I would suggest you do so.

Boulder is a FOOTBALL school for sure. Being soccer oriented it is sometimes frustrating the neglect of other athletics during football season. There is something always going on in Boulder, it could also be considered a city that never sleeps, bars are great on Pearl St., food is delivered till 4 in the morning including fresh baked cookies. There are great speakers, and there is really something for everyone. I met my closest friend in the dorms. I personally don't flock towards greek life. Off campus I usually go on bike rides or play with my dog.

Julie

There is lots of partying, but there are certain available groups for the academic, these groups are just difficult to find.

Devin

There is always something to do. Last semester my boyfriend lived right on the hill and we would be trying to sleep on a Monday night then all of a sudden at 2:30 the bar crowd would all move into the house and be loud and rowdy, which I loved dont get me wrong. I would say that I partyed a good five to six days a week and still managed to get close to all B's. I wouldn't recommed partying all the time if your not going to do your school work first though.

Suze

amazing, everything is amazing. Greek life can be fun, I am Greek here, and I've had a blast with it. Doors in dorms - leave them open when you're there. 4/20 is hilarious, be ready for a serious trip, hahahaha. There are millions of things to do that don't involve alcohol - theater, concerts, red rocks, teh flatirons, denver isn't too far away.. its incredible. 2 am on Tuesdays... uh... I'm usually in my sorority living room watching movies with the girls. Traditions - FOOOOOOTBALLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lauren

Great guest speakers that many students go see. Football games are really popular and really fun. People usually party 2-3 nights a week. Frat's and sororities aren't extremely popular or important the the student body. Most parties are off campus. In my dorm, people didn't leave their doors open very often, it was pretty disappointing.

Erik

CU takes pride in its athletics, as the football team is on a HUGE rise right now, so expect a national championship soon. All athletic events are really fun, even if our teams are having down seasons. I'm in a fraternity, and its great because it gives me something to be a part of and gives me a chance to meet many people. Yes, partying is a pretty big deal at CU, but everyone I know still gets their work done and kept great grades freshman year. It's all about planning and knowing when to get down to business, but at the same time having a social life and rewarding yourself for such hard work. The fraternity/sorority scene at CU is fairly big, as I believe about 15{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of the student body is associated with greek life. We don't have a very good reputation in the greek community at CU, but things are changing and we are getting way more serious when it comes to partying and drinking in particular. Boulder offers many, many activities. The Flatirons/Chataqua Park are beautiful, skiing is something lots of students do, rafting, bikeriding, The Hill, the list goes on, there is ALWAYS something you can do.

Matt

Boulder is the best school to attend if you are interested in any type of outdoor or fitness activity. We are located at the foot of the flatirons which include numerous hiking, walking, jogging, biking, and camping areas. Boulder is 2 hours away from the largest ski/snowboard resort in the country (Vail, CO) and many others in between. The social life and nightlife is great in Boulder, there is a great party scene and a great bar scene in Boulder. A typical Boulder weekend starts on Wednesday and ends on Monday morning. If you aren't 21 or you do not drink alcohol there are many other activities to do on weekend nights, our student center has bowling and video games, and has its own concert hall which many well know bands come for shows. On 'The Hill' there is the Fox Theater which attracts very well known musical artists from around the country and is a great historic little concert venue.

Parker

I'm an outdoors person. Boulder has outdoor stuff out the wazooo! Flagstaff is 5 minutes outside of town, and that's where I do my rock climbing. There's some real world class bouldering at flagstaff, and endless amounts of rock to climb within an hour of Boulder. If you are an outdoors person, Boulder is the place for you. Ultimate Frisbee is like second nature to almost everyone in Boulder. Theres always 10-15 pick up games going on the given fields and quads. You'll always see someone throwing a disc around. The rec center has all sorts of fun co-ed intramural sports, dodgeball, water polo, and all the normal stuff like softball, basketball, etc. The tennis team is really good, and took 4th? in the nation last year, my room mate was on it. I'm not a partier/drinker but there's a fair amount to do. We just got a new movie theatre that is nice (but expensive). The food choices in boulder are endless. Theres a resturaunt of every different flavor. Look up El Pastio, its a little hole in the wall but AMAZING. shopping/walking around pearl street is always fun, day or night. Theres usually live music you can track down, and in the winter you can find people snowboarding on campus, riding the rails and picnic tables.

Andy

I have always been involved in so many activities, but it is impossible to get involved on campus. It seems like the only option is a sorority, which is ridiculous. I was on the cheer team, something I've done for 8 years and I love, and I had to quit because all of the girls were ridiculous drinkers. The football team is worshiped like they are God, which is also so silly. I feel like I'm in highschool again. If you are awake at 2am on a Tuesday, you are either wasted, or if you are trying to sleep in the dorms, it's too loud to sleep because everyone else is wasted. Sororities aren't a priority here, but sororities and fraternities definitely make themselves known. Everyone is always drinking. On a Saturday night it is sometimes fun to go to The "Hill", but only if you can handle everyone around you being drunk.

Madison

Everyone parties. Its super easy to date, especially freshman year when you're all right together on campus in big dorms where you know everyone's name up to the 3rd floor. People ski a lot and this is a great way to have fun if youre not a drinker. But if youre not a drinker then this school is not for you.

Phil

Boulder is great for the college crowd social life, although much smaller compared to other college cities, it has enough going on that you wont get bored.

Amy

There's never a dull moment in Boulder. You can always find something to do if you're willing to look into it.

Andy

There is always something going on somewhere in Boulder. The Libby RAP program (a learning and living community in the dorms) gave me tons of opportunities to go to concerts, plays, skiing, dinners, and movies with other students from my dorm. The buff bulletin and mass circulated flyer keep students up to date on campus wide events. Sororities and Fraternities offer a cornucopia of organized events that would blow high school programs out of the water. Parties, parties, parties..... the people are super friendly and generous. Homeowners always welcome kids looking to have a good time and I've never seen a more generous group of people who share drinks with all.

Sasha

People party a lot. Concerts are pretty big. Most people I know laugh at the Greek community.

Jennifer

Parties are always going on everywhere, all the time. Being greek is awesome you meet tons of people and it is a great experience to be a part of!! Join Boulder Freeride and the Herd they hook you up with good deals for ski trips and football games. If your living in the dorms def leave your door open its a good way of meeting people!

Jordan

Get high. Hike. Board. Eat all the amazing food places that you cant find anywhere else.

Justin

Buying season tickets for football are a must. The games are a blast. The weekend tends to start Thursday. There is always something to do, whether it be hanging with your friends on campus or going up to the Hill for a party, or going down to Pearl Street for some good food, or 29th Street for a movie. CU has a pretty good selection of intramural sports, and more clubs than you can count. Greek life is kinda big but definitely not the only choice.

Lauren

Boulder has always been known for it's parties. A few years back CU was ranked the #1 party school. CU has a wonderful social life and you can always find yourself a party on any given night of the week. If someone isn't in to that scene Boulder offers a ton of other things to do and that includeds all the outdoor activities, movies offered free on campus, bowling, camping, rec center activities, intramural/club sports and much much more.

maribel

greek system is huge, and its really fun, there are always events, parties, and competitions between the various frats. everyone goes to football games, yet few attend any other sporting events. there are always people walking around the hill looking for a place to party, and at any time of the day, you can probably find a party companion. You definately need to know how to manage your time, but its nonstop fun, if you learn to do so. being in the greek system is not crucial like at many schools. some of my best friends are not greek, and tehy have just as much fun as I do. There are always tons od concerts in boulder and surrounding areas, so those are a blast as well.

Ryan

This is definitely an outdoors place. Not saying that you have to be hard core about anything, but many people have an active lifestyle.

Ryan

The majority of CU students seem to be budding socialites -- the greek system is huge, and it's rare to see those "lone wolf" types stalking about campus, although it's sort of a catch 22 in that people here seem to be really clique-oriented, so you're either immediately in a group or you're on your own. A lot of people were either friends in high school or got to know each other through a sport or club and form their cliques that way, but for a transfer student like myself it's hard to find a "group". Since Boulder's population is pretty big, there's almost always good turnout at any sort of event and there's a wide variety of interests among the student body.

KJ

"The Hill" to the west of campus is one of the main student hang outs with cheap places to eat, coffee shops, and other random stores geared to students. It is also the big party area of Boulder, if you're into partying you can usually find something going on any night of the week by just wandering around. The Fox theatre, also located on the Hill, is great for seeing live rock bands, indie music, and other concerts. Check out Half Fast Subs, for some of the best subs in Boulder, cool student hang out, and if you're 21 awesome Strong Islands! Illegal Peet's is a local chain that has delicious burritos and other Mexican Food. Pearl Street is another fun place to go. It's a walking mall filled with restaurants and shops. Here's where you'll see families as well as students come enjoy the evening and nice days. This is also the main location of the bars and other nightlife in Boulder. It's also where most students go to shop. The 29th street mall is a new addition that also has shops, restaurants, and a new movie theatre. The places here with the exception of the movie theatre tend to be pricier than shops on Pearl Street. For the outdoors: Chataqua and Mount Zanidas are two nice hiking places. For rock climbing the Boulder Rockclimbing Club (BRC), the Spot, and the Cu Rec center's gym are good indoor areas, Boulder Canyon, and Eldorado Canyon have tons of outdoor climbing, there's good Bouldering up Flagstaff Road as well, you'll be able to find tons of guidebooks, other info, and hear by word of mouth the good places to go. All the main Colorado Ski Resorts are about an hour and a half away from Boulder. There's so many outdoor activites!

Being in the Greek system is a huge majority of the student body, and they are also a group that criticizes everyone and is usually a center of gossip. But it is easy to find people that are like you because of the classes your in. Athletics at CU are a toss up, football is HUGE, but girls sports are far far less attended and the club sports have little fan base. On a tuesday if i am awake at 2am im usually at a party or hanging out with friends. The dating scene in Boulder sucks! haha, unless you can go to the bars there are very little oppertunities to meet people to date.

I was just elected President of the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity at Boulder. It's a fun group of aspiring law students, and we are planning on getting involved with some good volunteer projects this fall.

-Boulder is the most active place I have ever seen. No matter what time of day or weather conditions, people are constantly hiking, biking, running, and staying fit. There are also a lot of organizations like intramural teams, club team, sororities and fraternities.
